Lieber Christ, Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir hatten per E-Mail Kontakt und Sie sagten uns, dass die E-Mails aus England und den USA tatsächlich gar nicht von uns stammten. Daher freuen wir uns, dass Ihnen unser Produkt gefällt und alles gut gelaufen ist. Natürlich finden wir es schade, dass Sie Ihre Bewertung trotzdem nicht ändern wollen, denn diese 6 hat natürlich mit diesen E-Mails zu tun... von denen mittlerweile klar ist, dass sie nicht von Bambulah stammen. Chère Michella, Comme indiqué à plusieurs reprises dans notre correspondance avec vous, votre colis a été livré selon PostNL. A savoir le 4 novembre à 14h01. Nous vous avons envoyé les informations de suivi et de localisation et vous avons demandé si vous souhaitez vérifier auprès des voisins. Votre réponse à cela a été : « Pauvre cliente dans cette affaire. Vous êtes en plein essor, vous êtes en disgrâce ! Nous avons ignoré cette réponse, car nous essayons d'être là pour nos clients, surtout lorsqu'ils paient quelque chose et prétendent ensuite qu'ils ne l'ont pas reçu. Après la réponse ci-dessus, nous vous avons expliqué que dans une situation comme celle-ci, il est généralement demandé à un client de signer un formulaire, sur lequel le client indique que le colis n'est jamais arrivé, tandis que le suivi et la traçabilité indiquent que le colis a été livré. De cette manière, nous pouvons déposer une réclamation auprès du transporteur (en l'occurrence PostNL) et envoyer au client une nouvelle moustiquaire. Vous n'avez jamais répondu à cet e-mail et nous avez plutôt donné un 1. Nous trouvons cela dommage, car nous ne sommes bien sûr pas des fraudeurs. De plus, chaque entreprise en ligne est toujours à la merci des grands transporteurs (DHL, Colis Privé, DPD, Fedex, etc). Lorsque ce type d’entreprises commettent des erreurs, ce qui arrive malheureusement parfois, nous faisons tout notre possible pour aider nos clients. Nous voulions également faire cela dans votre cas. Malheureusement, vous avez choisi de nous donner un 1 et de ne plus communiquer.
