The case (iPhone 12 Mini) is more expensive than the competition but well worth it, the quality is great and I love the privacy features. I lost the back cover a few weeks ago and after contacting their customer services, they sent me a replacement free of charge! Now that's what I call fantastic customer service!

Just received the spyfy phone case. Very happy with it.

I just got the iPhone 13 pro max case. Looks like a very cheap piece of plain plastic. Doesn’t look at all with something that costs 40€ It’s very slippery so you can’t hold and use it with one hand or you’ll drop it. The whole front part of the case looks like it’s ready to be separated apart, so I guess it won’t last for long. Either that or it will be filled with dirt and look ugly and dirty. The front camera cover is a little piece of rubber, quite loose. The back cover is quite hard to slide but At least it stays where you slide it. 2 little plastic dots are holding it in place (open or closed) so I hope they’ll last and won’t fade out. Another thing is that it’s not balanced at all, so when you leave it on a smooth surface, it spins. It’s possible that you leave it on a table and you find it on the floor. Finally, It took you guys 48 days to ship my order since you were waiting for new arrivals at your warehouse due to delays because of COVID as you stated and another 22 days for my case to arrive. 8€ postal fees and it took 22 days from eu country to eu country. I guess you chose the cheapest company.

Disappointed about the delivery times (pre-ordered in november) but today I received it and I'm impressed by the case. Works exactly as I hoped it would. Props to the spy-fy team for designing such a product!

Quite impressed with the case. It works as advertised. A positive click on the front facing camera cover wouldn’t go amiss, and an internal metal piece for magnetic holder compatibility would also be useful. Speedier delivery would have also been appreciated, but we will put that one down to the shipping crisis and covid this time. On the whole I am very pleased with the case.

I ordered a Version dir i pro Max. The Front Camera is placed at another aera as the slider works. So ist does not differ between an ordinary case with front-Cover function. Though it‘s even cheaper than this.

I have been patiently waiting for over 2 months, I have yet to receive my order, there has been 0 follow up from your end. And after all this time you ask for my feedback on product/ service. I would like a full refund today.

Na de iPhone 11 en 12 heb ik nu ook voor de iPhone 13 pro het Spy-fy hoesje genomen. Deze voelt nog steviger aan en de camera covers werken weer top.

Superblij met deze telefoonhoes. Het voelt erg veilig mijn camera's af te kunnen schermen en ook de val op straat (oops) heeft hij goed doorstaan.

4 stars because yes it took 3.5 months to get after I paid for it. It seems sturdy and the camera (front and rear) covers work as advertised so far. I would like a little more positive click on the rear camera cover to hold it in place but it is ok. Also the flashlight works through the camera cover which is a plus. The case is a bit slick. It could use a bit of texture on the back and sides for grip. Other than that I wish I had one for my IPad Mini for sure and will buy one if they will make it for IPad. Sleek, stylish, functional. Everything you want.

Had some shipment delays but hands down the best phone case I had. Sliders work as mentioned. Decent quality built. Recommend!

Was originally promised for the end of December. Still waiting now as March approaches. Supposedly shipped 2 weeks ago, tracking says still awaiting for shipment. I don’t know if they’re sending by pigeon or something, but the delay is just not reasonable. And you’d think they would at least offer something for the inconvenience, but nope.

I was emailed in January that my case was shipped. The tracking isn’t working or still hasn’t shipped yet. I didn’t mind waiting since November when I purchased the case I understand that it was running late. I’m upset that they ship it and no tracking and it’s been almost a month with no case. I will update this if something changes soon. Revised. I was contacted by customer service immediately after this review shipping/tracking was explained at this point. Looks like it should arrive soon. I will update when I receive it. I won’t charge stars without the case.

Die Grundidee ist sehr gut. Der Kameraschutz der Frontkamera ist perfekt und stabil. Die hintere Abdeckung schwächest schonmal und öffnet sich relativ leicht. Dennoch ist die Hülle die beste, die ich kenne. Daher klare Kaufempfehlung.

Nice design - easy to use privacy slides that don't add weight or bulk to the case/phone. I have other Spy-Fy products for privacy protection, and they all fit my devices well and provide easy access/coverage to maintain my privacy. Privacy was the main reason for purchasing (and patiently waiting for) this phone case. Case is hard plastic, was hoping for a little more grip (though the plastic is not slippery like the Otter I had on temporarily while waiting for my Spy-fy). The camera cover on the back slides down a little too easily than I would like, but this is a minor inconvenience. I also often have trouble connecting to my wireless charger, but not sure if that is because of the case (maybe it is me and/or my cheap charger). A built-in kickstand would have been a nice touch to add.

I order this product back in November. I received notice that item was shipped several weeks ago (late January). However, it still has not arrived. There is no way (at least one that I can find) to reach a customer service representative.

Rate my experience?? Where the **** is my phone case?!?!?!?!?!

Pre-ordered for iPhone 13 pro on September 15th, 2021. After production delay's I finally received a shipping notice with tracking number on January 29th, 2022. Still today the tracking number on Deutshe Post only says that the "posting of the item was announced to Deutsche Post by the customer on 29.01.2022.", so 17 days ago it supposedly shipped and still no movement. Still waiting...

Exceptionally long time to receive 3 months. Supply chain issues etc… Communication could have been better initially. When I contacted them myself I was emailed back every time. They could have offered something for the trouble and sticking with them. The case seems well constructed and fits the phone snugly. The surface is a little slippery so hopefully their drop rating is accurate. Bought it for the front camera cover. It is a simple but effective design. Paid around $45 USD. Feel like that was a bit much.

I ordered a privacy case for an iPhone 13 Mini. After a substantial delay – which, in fairness, was mentioned on the website – it was finally shipped in mid February. I received it today, the 23rd. Generally, the case is built well. My single reservation is that it is hard plastic throughout; I would've preferred Thermoplastic Polyurethane on the sides and in the back where your fingers support the phone when it's in use. In terms of privacy, though, it can't be much better so I can't complain. Case: 4/5 | Customer Service: 5/5

Ik heb een zeer goede ervaring gehad met de klantenservice van Spy-Fy en een zeer goede ervaring met de iPhone hoesje voor mijn iPhone 13 PRO, toen die eindelijk binnen was. Waarom zeg ik 'toen die eindelijk binnen was'? Omdat het zeer lang duurde tot die binnen was door product vertraging. Maar, eind goed al goed. Een tevreden gebruiker.

Nur die Lieferzeiten müssen unbedingt angepasst werden. Kundenservice ist schnell und geht auf die Fragen ein.

After a short delay caused by my post provider I did receive my case. I was impressed with the design, the engineering and the functionality. The camera toggles work well, and the spare front cover is a nice touch. For the record, their customer service is surprisingly good. Nice to know if you ever need it. A shout out to Anna! Order your cover without anxiety and enjoy. You are in good hands.

I ordered my case one month ago and it has still not arrived. First it took about a week before the company shipped it, then another two weeks before the Dutch postal service managed to send it out, and I can’t track the parcel any further. I was expecting some delay because of the current international logistics situation, but after so much time I’m quite disappointed. The freight was over 30€ and you could probably use FedEx or any air courier with three days delivery for that amount so I’m not very impressed. Update: They contacted me and said they would refund me for the cover but still wanted me to write an honest review when I received the product. It was a nice gesture, but since I still haven’t received the cover after two months, I unfortunately can’t call myself a happy customer. I sent them an email to say thank you and ask what I need to do to get the cover now that the first one is likely to be lost. Do I dare place a new order?
