I ordered a privacy case for an iPhone 13 Mini. After a substantial delay – which, in fairness, was mentioned on the website – it was finally shipped in mid February. I received it today, the 23rd. Generally, the case is built well. My single reservation is that it is hard plastic throughout; I would've preferred Thermoplastic Polyurethane on the sides and in the back where your fingers support the phone when it's in use. In terms of privacy, though, it can't be much better so I can't complain. Case: 4/5 | Customer Service: 5/5

Ik heb een zeer goede ervaring gehad met de klantenservice van Spy-Fy en een zeer goede ervaring met de iPhone hoesje voor mijn iPhone 13 PRO, toen die eindelijk binnen was. Waarom zeg ik 'toen die eindelijk binnen was'? Omdat het zeer lang duurde tot die binnen was door product vertraging. Maar, eind goed al goed. Een tevreden gebruiker.

Nur die Lieferzeiten müssen unbedingt angepasst werden. Kundenservice ist schnell und geht auf die Fragen ein.

After a short delay caused by my post provider I did receive my case. I was impressed with the design, the engineering and the functionality. The camera toggles work well, and the spare front cover is a nice touch. For the record, their customer service is surprisingly good. Nice to know if you ever need it. A shout out to Anna! Order your cover without anxiety and enjoy. You are in good hands.

I ordered my case one month ago and it has still not arrived. First it took about a week before the company shipped it, then another two weeks before the Dutch postal service managed to send it out, and I can’t track the parcel any further. I was expecting some delay because of the current international logistics situation, but after so much time I’m quite disappointed. The freight was over 30€ and you could probably use FedEx or any air courier with three days delivery for that amount so I’m not very impressed. Update: They contacted me and said they would refund me for the cover but still wanted me to write an honest review when I received the product. It was a nice gesture, but since I still haven’t received the cover after two months, I unfortunately can’t call myself a happy customer. I sent them an email to say thank you and ask what I need to do to get the cover now that the first one is likely to be lost. Do I dare place a new order?

Ik heb 3x een e-mail gestuurd met informatie over mijn privacy case IPhone 13 Mini Maar helaas tot nu toe geen antwoord gekregen. Dan doe ik het op deze manier. Zouden jullie mij zo snel mogelijk kunnen beantwoorden. Een refund en of mijn privacy case.

Ik heb een privacy hoes besteld voor de iPhone 13. Ondanks dat ik het erg duur vind heb ik het toch besteld, omdat ik privacy belangrijk vind. Nu heb ik het gevoel belazerd te zijn, omdat ik het na 18 dagen nog steeds niet heb ontvangen. Nu kan ik hier wel mee leven, maar niet dat er niet gereageerd wordt op mailtjes en dat ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn. Ik denk dat de positieve reviews zijn gekocht, want ik kan me geen 9 en 10 beoordelingen voorstellen met zo'n slechte service. Ik ga ze aanmelder bij ACM.

Seems like a better glue is needed so it stays in place.

Bought the iPhone case with camera cover for my iphone 12 mini. Perfectly designed piece of equipment, works well. Had some issues with my shipment but was well resolved by their support. Highly recommend.

Dit is een erg dunne shutter, van RVS. Werkt prima voor mijn laptop. Ik vond het wel prijzig, maar het is een ingenieus gemaakt onderdeeltje.

in the USA, we're sold out of the iPhone 12 Pro cases. So I went direct to manufacturer...in the Netherlands. The box says iPhone 12 Pro, but the case is actually for a 12 Pro Plus, much bigger. I emailed my problem and called, left a message...no accountability. Now I have to file a complaint with PayPal, even though the order somehow went through Amazon despite purchase direct from Spy-fy.com.

alleen het schuifstukje aan de voorkant zit een beetje los, daarom moet ik constant opletten dat hij ervoor zit. Ik snap dat design lastig is voor dit maar wellicht voor de volgende generatie hoesjes kijken of dit verbeterd kan worden

The service was excellent. I like the built in camera covers. My only “complaint” is that I thought the case was more protective than it is. I didn’t realize from the pictures that it’s just a very basic cover but with camera covers. I would LOVE to see a camera case that has the protection level of something like the otter box defender but with the built in camera covers of the spy-fy.

I do love this case. Prior to this I was using self-adhesive craft gems to cover the camera lens on the back and front. But they would fall off at some point but at least I had a sheet of them in various sizes to replace the one that had fallen off. Yes it would leave a sticky residue on the lens in which I would have to clean before taking a phone pic. Now all I have to do i slide the bar on the back for rear camera iphone pics or lift the tab on the front for front camera iphone pics. I give it 4 stars as i have not fully learned of its physical protective case ability. I do like that I am able to use the magnet on my phone through the case for my cell phone car cradle.

I definitely recommend the phone case. Fits perfectly, love that I can use the flashlight without having to move the camera cover - that's just smart design. The front camera cover, though moves up too easily when taking phone out of one's pocket or just handling it and so defeats its purpose. Sure, when I notice, I just move the camera cover down again but I'd rather it be secure in the first place. I'm not sure what would be the correct fix - longer cover?

I lost the back cover of my phone case and within a few hours after contacting them with a simple email, a replacement part was already on the way free of charge, without any questions

The front camera shutter frequently slides up when I do not want it to, especially when sliding the phone in and out of my pocket. Negating effective, consistent privacy. A design improvement would include a way to snap the shutter down (folding instead of sliding) - allowing the user to lock it in place. Otherwise the case is perfect in every way. Shame because the single flaw is significant.

Phone fell a few times but nothing happend to it because of the good protection the case. Wish the front camera privacypiece was a bit firmer, but still very good privacy case.

No longer need electrical tape for the cameras. Awesome product and have been looking for something like this for years. I was very surprised on how fast it was sent being an international order. From ordering to receiving took about a week. Very pleased overall. Thank you.

I really like the privacy case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The case feels nice in the hand, doesn’t add too much bulk, and has a well thought-out design for the purpose it serves. An added benefit with the design of the back camera cover is that it has eliminated table wobble since the protrusion is symmetrical and runs across almost the entire width of the phone. The only downside is with the front notch area. The only thing I don’t like is the protrusion into the notch. The corners of the protrusion push into the upper inside corners on either side of the notch of my screen protector ever so slightly and have caused the corners of the screen protector to lift up a tiny bit. It’s not a huge issue and probably won’t affect screen protectors that are shaped differently, but it is the only flaw that I personally see in the design. Other than that, it’s a great case with a great design for what it does.

Good case, very high quality & worth the price. However, camera slide can be made more durable & delivery could be made more quickly.

Precies wat ik zocht! Het verbaast me dat dit soort privacy hoesjes niet door meerdere worden aangeboden en ik denk dat mensen eerder wat meer om hun privacy zouden moeten geven. Vooraf had ik een paar vragen en deze werden keurig en snel beantwoord door de klantenservice. Verzending was snel, hoesje werkt goed en is ook nog eens best stijlvol.
