We always assume that all parts are checked beforehand before being listed online. Additionally, we rely on the descriptions of the parts being accurate and corresponding to the part shown in the photo. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your order, which we deeply regret.
We see that you placed your order on 6 December 2025 and received it on 11 December 2025. You still have the right to return the item. Upon receipt of the part, you have a 14-day return period (return policy, not a satisfaction guarantee).
You can easily submit a return request via our website. If this is not possible, you may also do this via email, and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information to initiate the return. Once the part is received in good condition, the full amount, including the shipping costs paid, will be refunded to you.
