After receiving a part, you always have a 14-day money-back guarantee if the part is not satisfactory. When you return a part and it is received by the dealer in good condition, the full refund will be issued to you within a few business days. The shipping costs you paid will also be refunded.
If you urgently needed the part and chose not to return it, attempting to repair it yourself, you could still have contacted us. We could have mediated between you and the dealer to find a suitable solution.
