First of all, we would like to emphasize that we understand your frustration regarding the shipping costs — this is an area of improvement for Motorparts-online.com.
The reason we do not allow customers to arrange their own courier is because we would no longer be responsible for the shipment. This policy is in place to protect our customers and to ensure we can assist you properly if something goes wrong during shipping.
Once a customer arranges their own courier, the warranty expires from the moment the part is handed over to that courier.
If the package gets lost or arrives damaged, unfortunately we are no longer able to assist, as the shipment was handled outside of our system.
That is why we do not allow this.
We want to be able to support our customers in case a part is lost or arrives damaged — that is the service we provide, ensuring you never lose your money.
