We always assume that all our partnered sellers check their parts before listing them online and before shipping. Unfortunately, this was not (properly) done in your case, and we sincerely apologize for that.
We have not received a return request from you.
Did you know that you have 14 days to return a part after receiving it? You can submit a return request via our website.
If this doesn’t work, you can also contact us by email with a request to return the part.
I see that you ordered two parts, but unfortunately we don’t know which part the issue concerns. Otherwise, we would have already sent you an email with the corresponding return instructions and shipping label, so that you wouldn't have to submit the request yourself.
