We always assume that our sellers carefully inspect their parts in advance and describe them truthfully in the listing. Unfortunately, this was not the case in your situation. Our apologies for this.
We see that you placed the order on 16-11-2025 and that no return request has been submitted yet.
Did you know that you may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving the item?
As soon as the item has been returned to us in good condition, the refund — including any paid shipping costs — will be issued to your account within a few working days.
We also notice that you did not contact us regarding a possible solution with the seller for the part that does not match the description. You may still do so, as well as submit a return request.
