At Motorparts-online.com, we always assume that the dealers using our website for selling their parts describe their listings truthfully and properly inspect and accurately describe the items on our website. Unfortunately, this was not the case in your situation, and we regret this.
We find it particularly unfortunate that you did not contact us regarding the part you received. As a result, you did not give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. We also see that you did not make use of your “14-day money-back guarantee.” After receiving the item, you are entitled to a 14-day return period, which you also did not use.
In the meantime, you have received an email from us with the relevant return instructions, including a label, so you can return the item free of charge.
Once the part has been received in good order, the amount including the shipping costs will be refunded to your account within a few working days.
