We are very sorry to hear that you received a part that does not fit your motorcycle and is therefore unusable for you.
On September 3, 2025, you informed us that the part was not suitable.
In response to your message, we sent you a return email on September 4, 2025, including a return label, so you could return the item free of charge.
Since then, we have not heard back from you, and the return label has not yet been used.
You may still use the label until September 12, 2025, so that you can receive a full refund, including the paid shipping costs, once we have received the item back.
