Item has come a long way but not in very good condition.

The company is fine to deal with. The part is bent out of shape and there is a broken blade on the fan itself. I suppose it is 17 years old but the description could have been better. The company have contacted me and we have sorted it out. I will use again if I need a part that they have.

Producten zoals omschreven met extra klantenservice.

Toen ik een tankdop zocht voor mijn bmw r1200r uit 2006 kreeg ik de tip om eens bij motorparts te kijken. Bij navraag aan de klantenservice bleek dat de tankdop van een gs uit 2008 hetzelfde serienummer had, dus deze besteld om te proberen & dat deed het ook. Ik kreeg van de klantenservice ook mee dat ik het mocht retourneren mocht het niet passen. Het is soms even zoeken naar het goede onderdeel, maar het is gerust kopen zo.

Wie beschrieben und sehr gut

Habe das Innenteil eines Sporty-Luftfilters bestellt, beschrieben als „ Normal gebraucht“ / „Teil ist gebraucht, kann aber problemlos montiert werden“, 4/5 Sterne. Genau so ist es: sehr gut erhaltenes Gebrauchtteil, ungereinigt aber ordentlich, sehr wahrscheinlich besser als jede Nachproduktion… In Zukunft jederzeit wieder, Top!

Gute Auswahl, schnelle Lieferung, toller, freundlicher Service

Fast hätte ich einen halben Stern abgezogen, da eines der gelieferten Teile in so schlechtem Zustand war, dass es nur noch für den Müll taugte. Der überaus nette und freundliche Umgang mit der Reklamation hat das aber durchaus wieder wett gemacht. Es ist gut, wenn es solche Verwerter gibt, bei denen auch noch Teile, welche der Hersteller Baujahr bedingt nicht mehr liefert kann, verfügbar sind. Gerne wieder.

Denken met je mee, retourneren is in principe geen probleem.

Ik had een onderdeel besteld maar het paste niet. De fout lag bij mij. Retourneren was geen probleem. Het nieuwe onderdeel paste perfect. In de toekomst ga ik meer onderdelen afnemen bij dit bedrijf. Groot assortiment, goede service en de prijs is goed. Dit is een top bedrijf !
