Let us once again emphasize how truly sorry we are about the way your shipment with DHL is currently being handled.
You placed an order for two parts, of which you have already received one in good order. We hope this item meets your expectations — unfortunately, we have not received any feedback regarding it.
The second part is still in the hands of DHL, as we have informed you several times via email.
Since the package is being returned, it is taking a bit longer than expected to arrive back at the dealer. As we have already mentioned in our previous messages (including the update from DHL), this process may take up to 10 working days.
As clearly stated in our email communication, the full amount paid — including shipping costs — will be refunded once the returned part has been received by us.
We will continue to keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
