First decided to pick up the product because could not see where it is to do so and the costs for sending was an amount more than half of the price of the product. Later noted that it’s more than 700 km away. Could not change the pick up status in the internet site. Had to write seperate message and you had to get the product free again and I had to order again. Later UPS added other huge costs that were not expected. Like 12 for customs taxes and more than 20 that they called brokerage… finally paid more than the double of the price of the product…

I spend a few minutes because it's worth it. I bought a shock absorber for a 2003 BMW motorcycle from a man in England, (I'm in Italy) and within a very few days about 5 I received my package as it was in the description. So both those who sold it to me and also those who manage the site were professional and made themselves available to help me if there was any problem. 100% recommended There was a problem but not from the site, nor from the seller. Once in the hands of the Italian courier, my package was opened to see what it contained, perhaps due to the weight, or to try to see if they could steal it. But evidently they saw that it was of little interest to them, so they closed the package by putting a lot of scotch tape because they broke the cardboard. I make this note to inform the site to carry out checks in the event that something is stolen when it arrives on Italian soil.

Na meerdere malen het vragenformulier op de site in te vullen, lukte het pas om een vraag te stellen over de onderdelen die ik wilde kopen. Op de vraag of het zou passen (fenderstruts) op het type en bouwjaar motor die ik heb, was het antwoord: helaas weten wij dat niet zeker. Dat geeft mij niet het vertrouwen dat daar iemand zit die verstand van zaken heeft helaas.

Packaging could be better, as they used bit of old packaging (tic tac boxes;etc) but it still arrived in good condition. So no problems. Thanks for good service !

Het zoeken op de site vind ik onpraktisch. Even handig sorteren en een filtering maken lukt niet lekker. Er is erg gedacht vanuit het magazijn en niet vanuit de zoekende. De prijzen zijn daarentegen keurig, daarvoor 5 sterren en ook de verdere afhandeling ging prima. Bij kleine onderdelen kan een brievenbusverzending met bubbeltjesenvelop wat mij betreft toegevoegd worden. Dat scheelt kosten, materiaal en het milieu.

Duidelijk fotos en bij twijfel correct opgelost

Vom der Bestellung auf der Internetseite, die problemlos ist, bis zum Versand der echt schnell war, und die problemlose Montage meiner Bestellung..... Ich kann "Motorparts-Online" nur empfehlen. Mal sehen ob sich weitere Bestellungen auch so einfach und problemlos gestalten.

Kompromisslos günstig und genau das was ich gesucht habe. Porto etwas hoch aber das ist bei Auslandsversandt überall so. Schade das nochmal Paypal Gebühren beaufschlagt werden. Aber generell war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Transaktion!
