In response to your message, we sent you a return email on September 4, 2025, including a return label, so you could return the item free of charge. Since then, we have not heard back from you, and the return label has not yet been used. You may still use the label until September 12, 2025, so that you can receive a full refund, including the paid shipping costs, once we have received the item back. Wist u dat u ten aller tijden contact met ons mag opnemen met betrekking tot het ontvangen onderdeel? Daarnaast mag u tot 14 dagen ná ontvangst het onderdeel retourneren. Wanneer het onderdeel retour is ontvangen, zal het bedrag incl. de betaalde verzendkosten binnen enkele werkdagen terug op uw rekening staan. Wilt u gebruik maken van het retouraanbod?
