Ho comprato un oggetto me ne mandano uno sbagliato, poi mi mandano uno simile ma non lo stesso, mi hanno chiesto 10,00 in più. pagano il ritiro per il primo ma non per il secondo e non vogliono mandarmi l'oggetto giusto che ho pagato. Credo che se invio loro i 2 oggetti sbagliati non mi rimborseremo nemmeno. L'e-commerce non fa per loro. Dicono che sono più di 20 rivenditori, ma sembrano in confusione totale. Sconsigliati

What we regret is that the situation has not been described correctly and does not correspond with the email history we have had with you.
As mentioned in our email correspondence, you had paid €10 too little. This was also visible on the invoice, as the amount paid unfortunately did not match the amount that should have been paid according to the invoice.
You indicate that we sent the wrong parts. In our email communication over the past weeks, we have explained to you several times that this is not the case.
Neither of the two advertisements stated that the parts concerned a front or rear cylinder head. We also sent you screenshots as proof that this information was not mentioned in the listings.
Although we greatly regret the situation, we still offered you the possibility to return both parts. To date, you have not made use of this option.

Zeer positieve ervaring. Product was goed gefotografeerd en de beschrijving klopte. De partij die het artikel verzond heeft het heel goed ingepakt, geweldig. Erg blij mee. Als verbeter punt kunnen de afmetingen van bijvoorbeeld topkoffers erbij gezet worden. Helaas staat dat er niet bij en na mail contact (werd snel gereageerd) bleek dat de handelaar dat ook niet ging opmeten. Ik zou meer gekocht hebben als de formaten bekend waren. Website aanbevolen.
