BUONASERA, LA MERCE NON E' MAI ARRIVATA. L'ORDINE N. 31829 RISULTA CONSEGNATO MA SICURAMENTE NON A ME. QUESTA E' LA RISPOSTA DELLO SCORSO 3 NOVEMBRE: "lo stato del tuo ordine presso Reef (Numero: 31829) il 9 ottobre 2021 09:16 è cambiato. Il nuovo stato è il seguente: Fatto." HO SPESO 60 EURO E I SANDALI NON SONO MAI ARRIVATI. NON SO LA DHL COME E' ORGANIZZATA....SONO POCO SERI. CHI MI RIMBORSA???

Lieferung nicht angekommen

Ordered the Reef products on the 1st October and here we are 17th November and still awaiting the delivery!

Ungewöhnlich mühsame online shopping Erfahrung

Schon allein, dass diese Frage nach Bewertung Wochen nach dem Einkauf kommt ist symptomatisch. Ich kann mich an Details nicht erinnern, nur dass Reef sowohl in Ladengeschäften als auch Online schwer zu kaufen ist. Entweder sich die Größen nicht da oder das Modell oder beides. Online ist dann plötzlich alles verfügbar. Dann bekommt man eine Nachricht: Nein, doch nicht verfügbar. Dann, Monate später, doch wieder online verfügbar, was man selbst herausfinden muss. Dann Bestellung und unzählige Emails mit Bestätigung, Rechnung etc. - dann kommt endlich das Paket, zum Glück richtiges Model und Größe, nur die Rechnung passt leider nicht dazu ... von daher, ich mag wirklich das Produkt, sonst würde ich das alles nicht auf mich nehmen, aber no doubt könntet Ihr den Umsatz substantiell steigern, wenn Ihr Euren Vertrieb online und offline in Ordnung bringt.

No Exchange!?

It was bad enough having to pay 10 euros postage but then to find that I cannot exchange my purchase for a bigger pair. Never known this before, now left with a pair of sandals that are too small - wasted my money.

Have you seen that for delivering to the UK and returning from the UK we have different terms and conditions? This is all due to the Brexit.
