Sorry but this review is a joke. We delivered exactly what you ordered and we can't see any damage on any of the pictures you sent us. When we ask for more pictures, you refuse to send them. When we offer to return the pallet, you say it's not possible (because you probably opened and destroyed the crate to remove the stones). When we ask you if you would like to organize the return yourself, you ignore us. You order something from our webshop without verifying details about the product that seem to be important to you but are in no way relevant or being a core element to the product. It's like ordering a bottle of wine and then file a complaint because the color of the label on the bottle is not to your liking. Call us arrogant all you like, luckily thousands of our customers think otherwise.
If you still want our help to solve this and organise the return, please respond to our questions asked in the first e-mail we sent moments after you contacted us.
