Arrived on time. All correspondence was good

Not only were they easy to deal with but the item was delivered two days early, was easy to install and looks like it will last me many years. Overall very impressed.

My order was processed quickly and delivery arranged speedily. Sadly the couriers let the side down by damaging my perfectly new safe. Simply Safes, Dan in particular, were very good at speedily resolving all the issues.

Despatch was really quick and before I expected it. Lovely, compact safe. It would be good if it came in a cardboard box, rather than just its own packaging. The delivery driver can see what is being delivered and it’s not something you want people to know about. One corner is slightly battered (probably due to delivery driver not being careful) but it’s still usable. I’ve had products from this company before and have been satisfied.

Absolutely brilliant from shop to check out, paid for item, received email of conformation to say my order will be dispatched in the next five working days. I received my order at 10 am the very next day Fantastic service would highly recommend simlysafes Thank you

Took longer than said to arrive which was bit of a problem

The rifle cabinet was delivered very much quicker than the time quoted by you - good news for us but a text or email advising of the delivery day would have been useful. It was very lucky that there was someone here to accept the delivery. Otherwise very pleased with the cabinet and your prompt service.

Simply Safes website was showing my safe as 'In stock. Delivery 2-3 days' My wife ordered and paid for it on 6th November. It turned up on 21st December. I make that 45 days! Not once did they contact us (unless in response to our calls) to say 'sorry, there's a delay' or offer any other reason nor excuse. My wife phoned them 4 times to ask what was happening and got very vague answers. Not good enough! We spent over £900 I am very satisfied with the safe itself. It is good quality, although to describe it as a '24 gun safe' is stretching the imagination a fair bit. I managed to fit 14 scoped air rifles in it but that is a squeeze. The lockable top cupboard has swallowed 17,000 pellets and the shelf next to the cupboard has housed 7 air pistols. Good product at a fair price. Just don't expect it to turn up anytime soon.

They were great at creating a tailor-made solution for our safe. I've ordered from them before and it was an equally great experience.

from start to finish it was very easy, especially as we had many changes in delivery dates form my side. All handled professionally with understanding, despite what must have appeared to be a very frustrating customer!! Installation was very smooth, excellent installers who made everything very easy for us.

Good website gave us all the information we needed to make correct choice. Safe was excellent and slightly bigger inside than we thought which was great. Delivery was excellent as well

After ordering a product and then being told that it would not be back in stock for a few weeks, I spoke to Dan who was very helpful and arranged an alternative and this was delivered the following day. Excellent product and excellent service!

Not great 1st time phone answering service but great phone back and customer service. Would recommend.

The ordering process was very straightforward and delivery was next working day. Goods were securely packaged. I had an issue with one of the locks on the safe and on contacting Simply Safes they liaised with the manufacturer and a resolution was in place within 30 minutes. Could not be happier with the customer service.
