Hi, J, It is very pity to hear your feedback. Still it is very important to know that. The Combo filter (€54, not €59) has became a little bit expensive after this summer. Because of global supply/logistics problem caused by corona, we are forced to increase it. Sorry for that. We will see if we can get them back next year if the problem gets better. However, our system is designed to get the best efficient in different individual situation. The life time of filter could be longer or shorter depending on everyone's different living circumstance. So, not by time-counting. In average, Combo can last around 6 months (ON for 24/7 ,365 days), sometimes 8 months. Another model C360 with larger capacity, it lasts for 1 year in average. If you encounter unusual situation, we are willing to looking into it for you, of course, with your permission. We recognise Dyson which has different airflow design. That makes the difference in "air purification". If you are interested in, you may drop an email to us. Hope this short information helps.
Beste Andre, C360 uses the same system as C200. There is one pre-filter and one main-filter in a complete filter set. Only that C360 is bigger for larger capacity so the life time of filter is longer than C200, besides some new designs. Brise Care team.

Beste Ben, Als de wifi lampje blijft knipperen, dan is de Brise luchtreiniger nog niet verbonden wet uw thuis wifi. U kunt Brise app openen dan beginnen met “Apparaat toevoegen” in Brise app. Het zou vrij eenvoudig moeten zijn. Neem anders contact met ons op voor verdere hulp. Customer service
