After my initial ordering screwup, the staff was patient, professional and kept up communication.

I had a great experience ordering from ILGM. I made an initial mistake with my order and everyone from Jane, in finance and Alex, in customer service they made sure I got what I ordered and at the price quoted. I look forward to using them and their knowledge in the future. I would highly recommend this seller.

Customer service wont respond.

When I initially contacted customer service regarding the delay of my order and the response was “ This order is ready to be shipped out, but our warehouse is having some technical difficulties, so they're currently pretty backlogged.”. Customer service then agreed to refund me the money for the order since the delays caused me to no longer need the order stating “ Thanks for letting us know. Sorry to hear that. I will ask my colleague to refund the order for you. We will get back to you shortly to confirm this.”. When I went to follow up about the status of my refund …. No response .. and currently still no response.. so now it appears as if I am out almost 300$ .. steer clear of ILGM!

High quality seed and excellent service

ILGM has a great selection of seeds from many different strains. I have placed several orders over the past year. The seeds arrived safely even here in Panamá where I live, and I got great results. I had 1 order that was lost in the mail and they resent the seeds. Later the original order arrived but they said no need to return it. They guarantee that all seeds will sprout and will replace any if they do not. Excellent product and service

We have bought seeds from this company for several years now. We have some years of experience as growers. The germination rate of the seeds has been very good except this years. Terrible, only had 10 seeds out of 30 to sprout

This should have been resolved last year ,I was told to wait and try to germinate the remainin remaining seeds. I did this again with no success

Absolutely outstanding customer service

I received my order and one seed was smashed. ILGM rectified the issue immediately, and then some. Although one seed seems trivial, it has the potential to make big medicine and I’m glad that ILGM respected my concern. Thank you for your time and professional effort. Your team is top-shelf!

First Time Buyer Here And I Was Nervous

But "ILGM" did everything they promised. They shipped fast and notified me of the tracking numbers. The product arrived timely and in good condition. They send "helpful hints" and reminders to prepare you for success. A few didn't sprout and as promised they made good on them. The new seeds arrived very quickly and they look great. I haven't planted the latest seeds yet but feel confident they will grow. I now have a dependable source for quality strains of weed and I would recommend them to anyone looking to grow their own. Thanks again ILGM, I look forward to shopping your selections for next years crop.

absolutely the best customer service one could receive anywhere!

Alex and Sarah handled my request for two replacement seeds that were needed because two did not germinate. They were gracious enough to gift me five seeds as a replacement!!! When ILGM states that they guarantee the germination process and will replace seeds that did not germinate, you can take that to the bank! why shop anywhere else? thanks again to the ILGM team!

8 out of 10 seeds did not germinate.

Me and my wife order from a couple different company's and we ordered A starter kit and 8 out of 10 seeds did not germinate. I know for a fact it was the seeds cause I grow pretty consistant. The starter kit was for my wife. I was helping along watching over the process so you can only examine how upset she was as to this was her first time. We sent in a ticket about the seed issue and did not even get a response. So I guess you can say they do not hold to there policy about replacing/refunding for seeds that do not germinate..

They screw up and I'm treated like I'm the problem

Your customer service sucks. I placed a $417 order. When the order got to me, I saw one CDB package was short one seed. I emailed the company, and a girl name Sara grilled me and had me send photo of packaging. When I pointed out the labeling was for 4 seeds not five. "the package marked CBW-FAP4 only had four seeds I think that is why it says 4 in its description ??????? all the others have a five and had five seeds You guys don't know your own packaging and labeling?" She was more interested in scolding me then fixing their mistake. "There is no need for that." That pissed me off I'll go elsewhere for my seeds from now on. Looking at reviews it seems to be a pattern of shorting the customer.

I went over the correspondence between you and our customer service and I do have to agree that it was uncalled for to tell you 'there is no need for that.' The mistake was on our part and should have just been resolved ASAP. Of course, picking mistakes do happen, but the label being incorrect also is just sloppy. I can assure you this is not a common thing for us and we are always happy to resolve any issues like this ASAP. And you should expect to be treated in an empathetic and friendly manner. Seeds shipped in plastic bag for starters, they came in plastic bag inside of envelope with super cheap bumper sticker and there was only 17 seeds in bag when there should have been 20

Can't get my points I should have a 60$ coupon! Only got 5$

My experience with you guys has been great. Plants are excellent. Customer service excellent. My only complaint is, my points I have over 1200 points but I'm not able to access them Country boy cannabis RX.

Excellent results with seeds!

Ordered two different strains and had amazing success! Started ten and have ten popped up after four days in the aero garden. Really impressed with the quality. Highly recommend!

Received all dwarf seeds and refund request was refused/ignored.

All they would do is post a forum question about my grow. Everyone who posted agrees they're tiny and nothing is wrong with my grow methods. Autos flowered early (3 weeks) and grew to 8 inches at 6 weeks. That's absolute garbage and they should be ashamed of themselves for peddling those seeds. Instead they pretend everything is fine and I'm sure this post will be buried. Don't buy from them, go to seed pharm, or your local dealer they'll probably have better bag seeds.
