I went over the correspondence between you and our customer service and I do have to agree that it was uncalled for to tell you 'there is no need for that.' The mistake was on our part and should have just been resolved ASAP. Of course, picking mistakes do happen, but the label being incorrect also is just sloppy. I can assure you this is not a common thing for us and we are always happy to resolve any issues like this ASAP. And you should expect to be treated in an empathetic and friendly manner.
