Taking this I German is difficult.

The website is easy to use. I had no problem finding what the strains I wanted. My order arrived quickly via snail mail. Everything promised was fulfilled. I will be a repeat customer.

I became an ILGM customer ~5yrs ago when recreational marijuana became legal. I have made yearly purchases with good success. My success has been a result of good seed genetics, great technical articles and some gardening experience. I had a germination problem with a recent purchase. I notified ILGM with some details. I was pleasantly surprised to receive replacements in my mailbox in 1 week. They gave some valuable technical advice and included a few extra seeds. Great products and excellent service!

Never had any problems that that didn’t solve

I had a small problem with my order, but customer service took care of it immediately. So far out of the 40 seeds I have started 10 and all germinated, now in the seedling stage. Can't wait to see how they do. First year trying autoflower.

I germinated 18 GS seed in 2 different batches, I ordered 20 seeds and only received 18, 9 in each vile with several seed sso very small. All 18 seeds grew tails, were planted as I have done for the last 5 years, in the same media, all 18 sprouted, grew to about 1.5" and all died, they withered away. Now they were in constant 80 degree temps, in a heated outdoor greenhouse, when planted they were domed for humidity, once sprouted I removed the dome on the first batch, and left the dome on the 2nd batch, it made no difference. I have been germinating ILGM's seeds successfully for the last few years until this batch of seeds. I am severely disappointed. I purchased another 20 seeds of a different strain in hope this batch actually grows. I am currently a very disappointed customer.

Very good

By far the best quality seed out there. They back their product like no one else. Ducked off course one year to save money, biggest mistake in my growing career. (approx 43 years) These guys know their stuff and they make it very simple. FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, and you too will do well. "Love the harvest !"

AS A CLIENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS, ILGM HAS ALL I NEED IN SEEDS OF QUALITY, INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS. ANY ISSUE, NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT OR FRUSTRATING- ILGM CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGES TO SORT OUT. I HAVE ENJOYED GROWING MY VAST SEED COLLECTION, AND THE HEALTHY, PLANTS IT GROWS. I'VE GOT 3 FRIENDS WITH WHOM ILGM SEEDS ARE SHARED. WE ARE PERSONAL USE OLDER GUYS, AND I MAKE GREAT GUMMYS TO SHARE WITH LOTS OF OTHER OLD PEOPLE. WE 3 NOW GROW IN 3 METHODS: I HAVE A 5×5 INDOOR TENT, F.& E. HAVE A NICE GREENHOUSE, AND A NEW OUTDOOR EXPERIMENT. NONE OF WHICH WE COULD RELIABLY AND HAPPILY DO WITHOUT ILGM.

Seeds that I have purchased in the past have all sprouted and hoping new will be just as lucky.

Everything came up with my Super Skunk auto flower, but 3 seeds. Can I get replacement seeds for these ones that were bad. Everything else looks great.

My opinions are not any different from the hundreds of other opinions of ILGM found on the cannabis facebook groups. You can verify that yourself. ILGM appears to take their old seeds unlikely to germinate and put them on sale to get rid of them. The end result is that 1 out of every dozen seeds pop and then everyone buys seeds somewhere else the next time. A little greed has ruined your reputation simply because you were trying to sell crap you should have thrown in the trash. Yes, you have ALWAYS replaced them. However, those fail to germinate also. We want to grow not replant over and over and over and wait on the mail for replacement seeds that don't germinate either. Since I buy most of my seeds at various other locations, I can verify that ILGM seems to be the only one I have found to have this problem.
