Over the years never had a problem with ILGM. If my seeds didn't pop they quickly replaced them. Their customer support is the best I have experienced.

Sour diesel isn’t sour nor diesel’n & the bud was very dry! So do I just count that as in experience for y’all new product & or did I get a bad batch? What yeah that sour diesel wasn’t it! But thank yall for the seeds over the years I’ve grew massive plants

Germinated 10 72 hours in dirt

I purchased Blueberry strain seeds and they were duds. None of them germinated. I informed Ilgm and they quickly sent me a Replacement order. All of the replacements germinated in 48hrs. Thanks again for honoring your no germination policy

My seed order was not received although I tracked the order and it showed as delivered on April 30. I have tried to contact ILGM many times without a response.

straightforward and extremely elegant packaging

Started 10 Grand Daddy purple feminized and 10 white widow feminized seeds - complete success 3rd year in a row with ilgm seeds following germination instructions provided. No matter what strain - I've never had a seed not germinate from ILGM nor not make it to fruitation Top Notch Customer service as well !!

I ordered the buy 10 get 20 deal and only received 10 seeds. I emailed them and still haven’t received a reply. I previously used them and the last order was fine. I will wait for them to contact me and if they do I would recommend them.

This just shows your the only company thats ever asked me after I got something from them if I actually liked the products or not. Not only that products came in 3 days and they are all high quality especially that loupe with the light!!!!

Hi every one I ordered beans from ILGM and ILGM shipped the beans fast didn't take long at all, and the beans look fantastic as soon as I'm done with growing my blue grape cycle I'm going to start growing my girl Scout extreme

The beans can fat as described and all popped now it’s up to me to see them through the end of their lives thanks guys

I had problems and your guarantee made it right. I wish there was a way to know what's going on under the dirt as far as germination goes.

All my seeds germinate within 36 hours. All my future seed purchases will be with ILGM.

"Sometimes the magic works" A quote from Little Big Man. But just half the quote, the last half is "sometimes it doesn't". These business folks, they are in the business, the commerce, of nature. There are many aspects of that business that they can master, and I am certain that they have. Logistics, sincere help, and a culture of having discretion to accomplish customer satisfaction. A great example is the germination guarantee. That's just the phrase, a good business phrase. But it's actually a guarantee to replace seeds that don't germinate. Have experienced these things. But have also hoped for the magic... to work! Mostly it does. We sign in to ILGM, just like Jack on the road with the only family cow and we willingly trade it for the magic beans. C'mon admit it, we're all Jacks. But if something doesn't go right, don't go to reddit or some other platform and attack them. Communicate with ILGM. Simple, direct. Invest in the relationship, just as they do. Loyalty goes both ways. It's the nature of their business.
