Nothing but satisfaction, I sent a picture of my crop and they discovered 1 seed germinated but did not grow. They replaced it immediately with no arguments. I now recommend them to all my friends!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Placed a order recently because I had luck with this company once before and they were sending emails saying double seeds plus freebies on all orders, all december long. Placed my order for $129 for 10 seeds and only received the regular amount of beans plus the 5 free. My 10 pack was not doubled as stated it would be in the promotion. I called and was treated like I was unable to read and misunderstood what they had said. The customer service was amazingly disrespectful and I will not order from them again.

I have had no issues with ILGM and in fact, when USPS lost an order, ILGM promptly replaced my order. With this type of dedication to their customers, I will be ordering more seeds from ILGM, but not until after the holidays.

Seeds arrived fast

i always have a number of seeds that dont come up but i figure at least half is my fault but i would like to get some compensation or reward for being a longtime customer. and for the seeds. Most do are fantastic, I have had huge harvest of jack herer and i love the super lemon haze and durbon poison.

Every seed I have ever purchased over 3 years has germinated.

Ordered Sweet Tokyo seeds. arrived quickly. All 5 seeds popped in a paper towel within 48hrs, and are now about 2" tall. Also germed 5 replacement Afghan seed at same time, All 5 popped in less than 12 hrs and looking great. ILGM seems to take great pride in both product and customer service. Not something found everywhere anymore. One peculiar thing, one seed came up with 3 cotyledons, in the past these have done nothing, this one is growing its first set of leaves so we will see if that's all, or maybe something good.

Excellent packaging and fast delivery.

All seeds germinated and grew well until this last order, when 1 of the 3 varieties did not. Seeds replaced without any problems. Have not started the replacement seeds yet.

I had a problem with my coupon, they fixed it, a couple of my seeds didn't germinate, they replaced them They answered my emails, gave me great support, and I have used their products in the past with great satisfaction. Very happy

Very good experience.

I put 8 seeds to germinate in a damp paper towel with distilled water. Placed on a plant starting heating pad. Only 1 sprouted after several days. I planted it and it fell over and died after coming up. I just put 6 more to try.

I contacted support about an issue that I had never seen before. They asked some questions and pointed me the most probable cause. I can not explain how much their support has helped me get a better grow year after year. Together we make a great team
