I had problems and your guarantee made it right. I wish there was a way to know what's going on under the dirt as far as germination goes.

All my seeds germinate within 36 hours. All my future seed purchases will be with ILGM.

"Sometimes the magic works" A quote from Little Big Man. But just half the quote, the last half is "sometimes it doesn't". These business folks, they are in the business, the commerce, of nature. There are many aspects of that business that they can master, and I am certain that they have. Logistics, sincere help, and a culture of having discretion to accomplish customer satisfaction. A great example is the germination guarantee. That's just the phrase, a good business phrase. But it's actually a guarantee to replace seeds that don't germinate. Have experienced these things. But have also hoped for the magic... to work! Mostly it does. We sign in to ILGM, just like Jack on the road with the only family cow and we willingly trade it for the magic beans. C'mon admit it, we're all Jacks. But if something doesn't go right, don't go to reddit or some other platform and attack them. Communicate with ILGM. Simple, direct. Invest in the relationship, just as they do. Loyalty goes both ways. It's the nature of their business.

My recent order was completely satisfying from start to finish. Every step of my transaction was perfect. The selection of seeds to choose from, the order process, the payment process, the tracking, the packaging (really top shelf) and correspondence, was all effortless and thorough. Like most people, I get a ton of solicitations for buying seeds, but ILGM has never ever let me down. And my word, I have no affiliation with this company!

I’ve ordered 3 times in the last month or two. I have always sent cash but the last couple of times used a card and within about a week my order arrived. Can’t ask for more than that. Also everything looked good and mature. Ilgm is my go to place. Great products!! Will definitely be buying again!!

I have purchased seeds before with no issues. Last 10 i purchased of girl scout cookies. Only 6 are growing. He other 4 seeds. Nothing.

I've been purchasing seeds from ILGM for about four years and have tired multiple genetics of both auto flower and photoperiods with very good success. I had a few cases where some seeds did not germinate, and the support staff have been very helpful in correcting the issue (Thank you). It's great that ILGM now accepts U.S. credit card transactions, which makes the purchase very simple and hassle free. This month, I recently purchased flowers through ILGM's partnership with Strains of America, as I live in the United States. I ordered "Green Crack" flowers as my initial test experience. The flowers arrived about a week after my purchase and the communications and tracking updates were terrific from both ILGM and Strains of America. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the fresh buds were very good and the terpene profile very flavorful. I used a vaporizer to activate the material and happy to say that it created a very nice buzz to boot. In summary, I would recommend to all my fellow "do it yourself" home growers to give ILGM a try. I have not been disappointed with their seed quality and now fresh flowers. ILGM has very fair pricing, especially during sales events where the seed quantity is doubled. Lets hope that potential upcoming regulator changes in the U.S. cannabis market, due the end of 2026, don't mess with the ability to get great quality seeds. I've ordered several times and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. Most of the seeds ordered germinated and grew out to spectacular plants with dense buds that smelled out of this world. No complaints with shipping I have put the beans in the ground yet so I will review the genetics another time

I like your deals where 20 seeds for the price of 10. I usually get 60% to 70% germination success which is pretty much normal when talking to other growers. As for the soil, I'm not ready to spend 100.00 on a bag of top quality soil and since I'm growing outdoors and plant 4 to 5 at a time, I get enough to last a year. I have cancer so it really does help with settling the stomach and eating after chemo hits.

I do receive notifications and the product on time. However, after my last large order I received an email stating I had free seeds waiting for me with a code number to claim them. The link took me to the proper seed, but the code was invalid. Why? Oh well I guess.
