Everything I ordered very pleased thank you very much

Everything I have purchased from ILGM has arrived as promised and product produces every time. ILGM is my go-to store for all my seeds.

I’ve purchased seeds exclusively from you guys for my entire growing experience, when I originally started purchasing from you guys, the germination rate was well over 85/90%. My last three purchases have been disastrous as far as germination goes. Upon trying to contact you guys, it’s like trying to find a needle in the haystack. I can’t get in touch with you all. I couldn’t get in touch with you all to let you know how bad the seeds were. I’ve used the same germination techniques as always soak and then paper towels, but this last three batches have been horrendous. Out of 10 seeds, I get two that germinate.Out of 20 seeds I got 7 that germinated and this last batch of 10 seeds, so far,1 germination. And after all that I can’t get in touch with anyone from your company terrible terrible customer service!!!!!!

I was skeptical of the ILGM seed guarantee policy but was greatly surprised once all the information was communicated between both myself & ILGM staff they followed through 1000% very satisfied customer

I've bought seeds for years now from these guys and now once again I got the wrong order been buying autoflower seeds they work great when they are actually auto flower. But I've bout the same strain twice pretty far apart and bothe times ive been sent fem photos seeds which I don't grow and I chalked up the first batch as a loss it can happen I guess I ordered the wrong one ok but then I specifically bought the same seeds in the autoflower catagory and even checked that it was correct in the cart paid no kind untill they arrived. Then ofc it's the fem seeds again same strain ofc but wrong kind and sense I opened it and the receipt which I never checked matched I once again ordered the wrong seeds and by opening the package and finding the wrong ones I null n voided any return option possible basically being told to go f myself here's 20 for ur trouble on a $140 packet of seeds. Still nothing from them but a shrug and horrible business practice.

Had a couple of seeds that did not germinate. Contacted ILGM and they replaced them promptly!! Thank you

Quick and easy.

I recently cracked 30 seeds I just recieved I had 31 seedlings emerge… get that! One seed had two in spermies in it that over 100 % germination. I wouldent believe it either but I have no with these folks I have bought seeds for years and everybody has a guarantee but who wants to frig around I just want my seeds to go……

Been buying seeds from you guys for quite a few years getting less happy by the year my experience this year was not great seeds just thrown in the bottom of the envelope not even in the seed box. Sorry to say we may have to part ways. I’ll make my mind up and I’ll let you know Dean

All professional got what I want needed.

Seeds came fast and germinated with a 90% success rate but once put into soil only two seedlings came up. They’ve been in the soil for two weeks now. The two that came up dont look healthy at all. I’m no rookie at germinating seeds or growing cannabis and I grow many other different plants. Not happy at all.

Need to lable seeds.

This is the second order from ILGM, the last one was 3 years ago, and overall I am pleased so far. The order was shipped and arrived quickly but they left out a few seeds ( on a double seed offer). I contacted customer support after taking my inventory and notified them of the mistake. They responded within 10 minutes to my email and within 1 day they were already preparing and shipping out the missing seeds. I received the seeds in less than a week. Excellent customer service, now I'm waiting to see how the seeds pop and grow!

I have been growing ILGM seeds for over 5 years with awesome results. Support is great, and the seeds' quality and germination are always acceptable. I definitely will continue to use their seeds as a satisfied customer.

I've been getting seeds for about 10 yrs and only had one problem. A couple of yrs ago I had 3 plants that were male plants. I messaged ilgm and you guys sent me a new batch of seeds on the house. When ever I need seeds I fully recommend ILGM.

I ordered: Auto Bruce banner 10/10, Fem Bruce Banner 10/10, Fem Apple Strudel 10/10, and free Gold Leaf 5 I received: Ban FP 10/ 10, APS FP 5/5, GLF FP 5 HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS, or I will cancel the whole charge. I had a problem with my seeds were not germinating instantly I Contacted Customer Care they resolved my problem immediately sent me a fresh set of seeds that have now germinated. I am very pleased. I am going to continue to do business. With this company for a long time thank you again for your great courteous and prompt service.

Sometimes seed can be a hit or miss first order 3 out of 5 sprouted second order 7 out of 10 still waiting on a response from customer service
