My order was supposed to include 20 seeds by 10 seeds get 10 free also on that same order form said that if you bought 10 seeds and got 10 seats free you would also include five three seeds I never received my five free seeds and I'm not happy about it

Mailbox was torn down in a snow storm, right when Package was due. USPS returned to sender (almost cried). Contacted ILGM with a forwarding address. Got it right back to me. They will take care of you with your purchase. I've only bought from them and will only buy from them.

I have been ordering now for a few years. I only had an issue twice. Both times with seeds not sprouting and another growing slim around it. ILGM quickly took care of me with new seeds and I will continue to keep using ILGM as my Favorite Seed Farm. Two Thumbs Up and 5 GOLD STARS THE BEST. The number of the house was missing just the street and the zip code along with my name was on the envelope It got delivered to my sons house who lives in the same town and we have not talked to him in years

This will be my 4th consecutive year with ILGM. My first 3 years with ILGM did not disappointment. Almost all seeds germinate. I expect the 4th year harvest to be just as successful. I stumbled upon ILGM after having 2 years of having no success using another company's seeds. I'm glad I found ILGM

I did the germination like their video said to do,which ive done a hundred times before.two didnt even sorout.four did so thought cool im ready to go on these four.put them in cubes,under t4’s.all 4 dead in a week.ph was always good,canna nutes!!

So far, so good. I appreciate your concern for me, and your other customers. To me, that's important. It says a lot about your company! If I may give a suggestion... I believe that more " Well developed " seeds is very important, and would keep me coming back, again, and again! The " Blue Drean" seeds I purchased were very small. I mean, Very Small, and that was in itself rather disappointing " for me" that is. I had forwarded my feelings about that, and kindly requested " replacements. I believe that, that maybe the reason that they have not sprouted yet. If you could be so kind as to send 10 " Well developed " BLD seeds, not only would I be very grateful, but I would definitely feel that I got my money's worth!!! Plus it would be helpful for my next review! Truly yours Tyrone Stephney

Seeds always germinate and end product has exceed expectations

I've completed 2 grows to include Blue Haze, Blue Cheese and Blue Dream indoor. As a novice I grew like a pro using nutrients and climate control thru the whole grow...thru to jar curing. I would love to show my pics because the flowers were gorgeous and plentiful.

Made first purchase but not sure which seeds are what and whether they're the feminized ones or the Autoflower I purchased should have had a description with it and something to be able to figure out which was which one sent to me.

I originally ordered a buy 10 seeds and get 10 free. My order arrived with only 10 seeds. I contacted them about the shortage and the immediately responded. They sent my remaining 10 seeds and when that order arrived i only received 8 seeds. Horrible quality control. They still have not responded to the 2 missing seeds. Don’t think I will be ordering from them again. Such a bummer because they have a great selection and good sales. Buyer beware!!

Uh, the delivery was pretty fast. I have them in a container germinating. There is nothing else happing right now. Giving a three stars because of the delivery. All them germinated using their germinating method they send you with the seeds.
