Awesome all the way around

Ordering is easy. Super easy. Tons of choices. Quick shipment too. But it's their customer service, that's the kicker... Got a problem, yo, they'll solve it. They seem to go out of their way to make things right. They even follow up, to make sure everything is good. As long as I have to order anything, I'm doing it from here.

VIP points system not working so, no help provided by the staff

I attempted to use my VIP points when making a purchase but was told their system wasn't working. I went ahead and made a purchase expecting they'd honor my points when the system came back online. My mistake, as I was informed nothing could be done after the sale was made. Thanks for looking after your repeat customer. NOT

Good quality seeds

I just bought 10 feminize pineapple cream cake . I planted 5 and only 3 came up . I germinated them in paper towels until they all had roots . I had a similar problem with Bruce banner auto plants that had even worse ratio that grew. For the price of these seeds I expected a little more.

Great Seeds Customer Service Could Use Work

The seeds are great. This is my 3rd crop and have had only one seed not germinate. Your Gold Leaf is my favorite so far. My only frustration is when you offer deals...they disappear when I check out. The only reason I gave you 4 and not 5 stars is because I doubled my order of White Truffle Autoflower because I was going to get 5 of your rainbow seeds. I emailed you as soon as I got my confirmation without the Rainbows. No response and I got my seeds but no Rainbows. I will continue to order from you because the quality is great but probably won't increase my orders because of your "deals"

The second order that is wrong

Hi The order that I received, was not what I ordered. This is the second time that my order was wrong. My first order, I just went ahead and planted them and it was ok. The second order half of them did not germinate. This time I am speaking up. Someone needs to be more careful selecting the seeds before sending them, or, at the very least let me know that my order will be different because of what ever reason. Natalie B

Halfway decent

Would have been 5/5 stars

I had 3 White Runtz not sprout, so 17/20 and 1 Rainbow Glue so 4/5. I watch the video every time to make sure I do it exactly how you describe.

Sprouting

To make it simple I just put the seeds in fresh Happy Frog soil and let nature do its thing. Git 19 out of 20 sprouts. That seems much easier than the whole wet paper tail sprout making sure you don't break the tail when planting.

I’ve had good success with my orders.

I germinated five siege a little over 48 hours ago four of them sprouted and are in dirt already. Leaving the last seed in the paper towel for another 24 hours. I’ve had great success with your company one order. It’s been a couple years back only three plants came up out of the five sheet and you replaced the other two that’s good business.

Overall good experience

I received my 10 seeds, 5 OG Kush and 5 Purple Haze, 1 purple haze and 1 og kush did not germinate and 2 og kush died when the cotyledon leaves opened. So I have 6 plants that look amazing so far.
