You sent me something that looks like a cigarette box. Inside were two tubes. No identification on the box. No useful identification on the tubes. There were numbers/codes, but that doesn't help the user. Now I have to go back to your site, look up my order, and then mark what I bought. Not the hardest thing to do, but certainly a slap in the face. Not one employee suggested putting the name on the tubes? Not one? Just information that helps you? But nothing for the customer? Pretty chump, dude.

My orders were on time. When I screwed up with my first batch of seeds you guys provided me a discount on a new batch. I got over half of those to grow through a harsh outdoor New Mexico (severe drought and heat) conditions. I did a fair amount of reading, but your online helpers were informative as well. Overall a great experience.

Theirs are no better than anyone else’s. You can probably get a good one from any strain if you pop 100 beans.

I would like to know if you will recommend a cultivars or strains that will thrive in high temps, high humidity, and high rainfall. Nothing I've tried thus far fits that bill. TY. BR WT.

I had a bad experience with a batch of seats purchased. I contacted their customer service line. Am I and received the best customer service from any company that I’ve ever received. Just for the record I’m old so that’s a lot of customer service people I’ve dealt with. I was impressed. Someone needs to give that girl a raise.
