Hi: I started "growing" six years ago, and have used ILGM seeds throughout. Last year I ordered 10 seeds, but when I came to use them, eight failed to germinate. I advised ILGM, and yesterday I received a package containing the replacement seeds - exactly as promised! I am delighted I chose to use ILGM several years ago, and the service the company provides is outstanding. Thank you

Received product in a fairly timely manner everything was there and accurate. We have however, put this into vacuum sealed, and refrigerated dark storage for the time being as I won’t be doing anything with it until the fall so I’ll let you know how things turn out. I am looking forward to growing. Or even better yet…. The harvest. One thing I really like about your website is I can look up all the data on all these strains to get as close to a perfect grow as possible. Thank you so much for that.

Seeds came within a week . I planted them when they came in. All seeds germinated within 48 hrs. Didn't put in soil. To be honest I tried a competitor. Seeds didn't pop. Yhrew them out and ordered through you guys

I’ve purchased seeds from many different seed banks with varying results. A friend of mine had much better success at producing massive flower, so I asked her where she purchased her seeds and she turned me in to ILGM. I have since purchased many sets of varying strains and have been completely satisfied. Healthy plants with phenomenal results. Thank you, a forever customer.

I wish you would label the seed vials with the strain names, not just the codes. With multiple seeds it is necessary to keep the receipt to identify for multiple planting. Sure would make my life a bit easier.

I buy from ILGM because the seeds are good and if any are bad they replace them quickly without telling you it’s your fault like some of the other seed store do.

I have purchased from ILGM for years. I tried others and found there was no comparison with variety and selection with any other company. They also have outstanding customer service

Bought two ten packs of Bruce Banner Autos, and only received 19 seeds but was willing to let that slide. Tried to germinate the seeds same as always (with a 24 hour soak as instructed by ILGM) and only 8 sprouted (with 2 of them being helmet headed) and the rest just sat until they rot. 9 days in and it is apparent none of the seeds from second pack sprouted, so I checked one and it is squishy and rotten. I contacted customer support and Aleksandra informed me that I must wait 5 more days for "seeds to reach their full potential" to file a claim. I Told her okay but that squishy and rotten seeds have very little potential, and that I would now have to buy replacement seeds elsewhere as my season isn't long enough to wait weeks. "All righty, sounds perfect! With a smile, Aleksandra" her attitude made it clear ILGM is not a serious business, more of a joke or ****.

out of 100 seeds only 52 came up I use a tray seed starter soil heat pad at 76 degrees and experienced they started popping up in 3 days 7 died right away only few more came up I put some seeds in ready made plugs some in the soil made no difference I i maine so now getting to late the seeds from london seed 20 18 came up Atlantic i coast seed 20 out of 20 ilgm ruined my season

Delivery was good but I am once again having trouble with the seeds sprouting...Followed your guidlines but the seeds just tried to separate from the shell and died...Thanks

The shipping was quicker than expected and received the seeds within three days. The problem is with the germination rate of the GS extremes I purchased. I purchased 20 of the GS Extremes. Only had nine out of 15 germinate. I have been growing since the late 70s and used to have my own strain of Afghani and Colombian gold seeds and grew with great success. So I feel that I am an experience grower, and with seeds that I purchased from you within the last five years and had great success. Just curious if you’re having any other people experiencing the same with a GS Extremes, I’m sure I haven’t lost my touch or my green thumb. Definitely not judging you on one bad experience as I stated before I don’t believe there’s a reputable company like you out there, just a bad batch of seeds. I have used Robert and his folks for years. They are a customer focused company that always have " done the right thing" for me. I highly recommend them. BTW...I love the new packaging.Not sure when you started that but it is much better than it used to be and shows real pride in the presentation of your products.
