I contacted ILGM last year. No contact from them. Took pics, no resolution. 2 seeds didn’t germinate and two plants looked totally different. Steve

For several years now I have used ILGM as 1 of 2 seed banks. I rarely have any problems and when I do they are solved with tech help.

Over the past 3 or4 years your company has not let me down in any way, and have always came up with the best deals around, and a quality that's top shelf, lol.

Growers who have been ILGM customers for that long know what I mean. All good from my perspective, from local sourcing to 10+10. The selection has been amazing. The prices have come down, believe it or not. The occasional dud happens, but ILGM takes care of it. My only suggestion to improve the process more would be to offer the 10+10 mix and match with same value product. I guerilla grow and like to grow a couple of different ones all the same. So, for me, as I like variety, I store beans in the veg tray in the fridge. I have three varieties in there now.

Have ordered from ILGM for years. Always quality and on point. A+. On a side note.. I would like to see some more CBD crosses come into the mix.

With last order I received photo seeds along with auto seeds. The photo popped nicely. 90 percent or more. The auto seeds didn't do so well. Only two out of five seeds popped, and one of those died after transplant. I let ilgm know and they sent me 5 new auto seeds. I'm hoping for better results this time. Thank you so much ilgm. These seeds were terrible. I think out of 20 seeds I got 7 plants. So I will not buy these again.

My seeds have grown really good and damn tall. Also when I had an issue with germination and early growth they sent me some replacements!

I've been purchasing seeds from ILGM for several years now. All experiences have been great except for this last order. 20 seeds, all germinated, but as soon as they were ready to go, they would die. I started with 14, thinking I would save the rest for next year. They all died within a week of germination. So I worked on the last 6, making sure everything was right. I managed to get 3 good, healthy plants. To my surprise, one was a male. ILGM made good on their end. They promptly sent me 20 new seeds. Their customer service is simply awesome. Unfortunately, it's too late in the season to plant, so I'm just going to have to wait till next season.

I have never had issues or complaints about ILGM's customer service when I have had to replace seeds under their Germination guarantee.....EVER. Seeds replaced in 3-4 days. ILGM has been and remains a great resource on several levels.

Been growing for nearly a decade, first time using ilgm and every plant lagged behind normal growth, stayed in veg for 5 months trying to let them grow, they never got taller than 2.5', they each hermed out and now I have over 500 seeds. I don't even want to give them away. Won't order this trash again. 0/10 would never recommend.

I purchased the feminized girl scout cookies and received them within a week I sprouted half of my order and had some issues with propagation. So I reached out ILGM and they asked for some information regarding my problem.. They offered me the amount of seeds and some! Well, I can't wait till these pop.And I get to test them.

I purchased the Bruce Banner Auto flower seeds tried to grow them outside the seed rooted properly and started to grow but would not get bigger than 1 foot tall and would not expand why I did all the nutrients I have a soil checker so I checked the soil. Everything was fine. That is all they would do very disappointing.
