"Sometimes the magic works" A quote from Little Big Man. But just half the quote, the last half is "sometimes it doesn't".
These business folks, they are in the business, the commerce, of nature. There are many aspects of that business that they can master, and I am certain that they have. Logistics, sincere help, and a culture of having discretion to accomplish customer satisfaction.
A great example is the germination guarantee. That's just the phrase, a good business phrase. But it's actually a guarantee to replace seeds that don't germinate.
Have experienced these things. But have also hoped for the magic... to work! Mostly it does. We sign in to ILGM, just like Jack on the road with the only family cow and we willingly trade it for the magic beans. C'mon admit it, we're all Jacks.
But if something doesn't go right, don't go to reddit or some other platform and attack them. Communicate with ILGM. Simple, direct. Invest in the relationship, just as they do. Loyalty goes both ways. It's the nature of their business.
