My customer support experience was very disappointing
When ordering seeds three weeks ago, I had trouble both with applying a discount coupon and getting the correct number of seeds in my cart, so I reached out, in a series of emails, including a screenshot of the order, to the customer service rep, Sarah. It took many emailed iterations, and when the order was finally delivered, it STILL didn't reflect the accurate amount based on the discount coupon, even though the discount code was clearly shown on my order. When I discovered the problem, after the amount was charged to my account, Sarah disavowed any responsibility for the problem. I have asked to have the situation elevated to a supervisor, but have not yet heard any response. I've enjoyed a good relationship with ILGM in the past, so this poor experience was especially disappointing to me.
