I have used ILGM a few times with no problem. But my last batch of 10 plus 10 auto flower Bruce banner was horrible so far. I was told I would get the]ree seeds back that failed to open and still haven’t received them. Now I have two more seeds that opened over 3 weeks ago and they both plants are no more then 2” high and appear to have stopped growing. I am sure at this point after trying 25% of the seeds I received not opening or growing the other 15 will be much of the same. I never had any problems with my other orders as all my previous purchases were fine. Ralph Pepe.

I have placed two orders from ILGM that were buy 10 seeds and receive 10 free. Both times I did not receive my free seeds in my shipment. I had to call and complain both times to receive the free seeds. For this reason I will not be using ILGM for any future seed purchases.

I have been growing over 45 years and have used a lot of seed company's! But at ilgm you get more than seeds! Your like family and they go out of there way to help ya! Believe me! I've screwed up enough orders for them! But they always found my seeds! No questions asked. Right Jessica! Very professional!

Most seeds popped.

I am not a major grower, not even close. However, the seeds I have purchased from ILGM have proven to be well worth the cost. Deliveries are within the time they specify and arrive undamaged. I will continue to purchase from ILGM when needed.

Got 5 to grow but didn't bloom.

There was an issue with the delivery of my seeds (which was my fault). I contacted ILGM through e-mail and received a response within 30 minutes! Alexis (my customer service rep) was excellent and made sure I received my seeds. This company values its customers.

Bought 10 planted my auto's in 3 days came up and everyone was dead on the 4th day. In sterilized peat.

Order 5 Gelonade auto flower seeds for almost 100 dollars and only 5 germinated .

I have had NOTHING but a TOP TIER customer service experience from ILGM. The few hiccups I've had on the way were not only taken care of very quickly but I was compensated when I did not need to be. Shout out to Melissa. She took exceptional care of me when I had questions or ran into a problem. As far as the genetic side goes, I finished a few Blue Dream plants and they were amazing. Exactly as advertised, not some random strain packaged as Blue Dream. Prices are solid, deals are constantly running and they offer a rewards program that pays dividends in the long run that's more than worth it. Hope this review helps someone who was on the fence like I was.

Got some Biscotti seeds. Popped 2 and growing like a weed. lol Can't wait for them to make buds. I have been ordering seeds from ILGM for many years. Had a few bumps in the road getting seeds to pop in the past but ILGM has always been helpful in either replacing the seeds or advise. They give good and valid advise on every question and they reply within 24 hours sometime in just hours of sending them a message. ILGM is my GO TO shop of ordering weed seeds. Just your avg gardener here that has not had to buy weed in years just get yourself some seeds and follow the sound advise and directions given and you should do fine.

Great customer service

Product choice and delivery is great. Have only had one problem with the seed. This year my Afghan seed germinated fine but once put in soil failed to break ground, twice. I don't fault ilgm, because other "crops" have exhibited weird growth troubles this year.

Everything that I have ordered has been as advertised. Fast shipping. No complaints about anything.

Very easy to navigate the website and with many options they do a good job at describing each strain and how the seeds like to be take care of. Very informative and helpful for first time growers.
