ilgm is the only place i have bought seeds. they stand by there product and provide excellent growing information and tips.
This company is amazing. I love all the feedback that you can go and review, especially for beginners when you can go and understand that you’re gonna fail a few times, but the love of it is just such a passion you just keep keep on at it till you get it right and it will come this is the best product honesty and overall platinum customer service. If you can look up my account I have bought seeds many many times and have spent many hundreds of dollars and I will do it all over again because the loyalty of I❤️GM to there customers this company only deserves loyalty back from their loyal customers, and I will be a loyal customer for life for these guys would love to be able to meet all these people that are so great and get some extra tips. I’m more of a visual learner, but they do a great job with their video presence and kind of breaking things down. Started 10 granddaddy purple/10 Gelato and all 20 sprouted within 36 hrs,off to a great start. I been buying seeds from ILGM for 8+ yrs and they have ALWAYS done me right. Thank you.
I’ve been shopping with this company since it was another previous one I can’t recall and all my plants have always came out great so therefore I will recommend any seed as well if ever having a ambassador of new seed products I would be more than happy too

ILGM IS an amazing organization. Placed my first order after attending their current Tour in Phoenix, Arizona. Loved all of the information I received about home growing and could not wait to get started. I started small and ordered two strains with one being the buy 10 get 10 and then I bought (on impulse) 10 seeds of their best seller. Their shipping and notifications are on point and the product arrived perfectly. However, the buy 10 get 10 was 10 short. What I loved is they have a very simple process for any order concerns. I stated what the issue was and sent a picture of what I received showing the missing container of 10 seeds. They said that they will get back immediately and that is exactly what they did and that is often rare. They didn’t question, they were apologetic, and wanted me to be happy to the point they threw in a couple of Doe si Does (sp?) for my trouble. I am a huge fan of ILGM and would recommend them to anyone wanting to grow at home and be partnered up with a great outfit! Lastly, Their germination guarantee is no Joke!! I am 10 out of 10 with what has been started so far!

I have been a customer for over 3 years and never had a bad experience. First of all, the variety of seed stock is great. They stand by their seeds and the seeds produce high yields in my opinion. We ordered 10 feminized seeds an only 9 had popped up…. So I can’t complain if we miss out on 1!!!
I have always enjoyed learning about strains. Nerding up on the details of diseases, climate, the, the cbd, now the terpines and details. The flowering the resilience in relationship to my outdoor climate.. I am 55 yrs old and grew up in the illegal era. Smoking since 1985 as a teenager. So happy to grow legally now in Maine with a few plants a year. Happy to have IGLM as a trusted resource for such details as mentioned.
Before I plant, I wanted to have everything i need for the whole process. I saw briefly a package with grow and flowering fertilizer and information booklet. It also said a hint was not to use miracle grow. This leaves me confused. I can no longer find this.
I am an outside grower for many years after sprouting plants went into flower in six weeks time. I immediately ordered replacement seeds and paid full retail and advised ILGM of the issue. Instead of resolving the issue I am getting the run around and resolution hinges on me providing you with photos of plants. As I have advised your support team this would create a security issue and violate the California rules for cultivating cannibis. However ILGM has fixated on photos in a ploy to refuse resolution . I have ordered seeds from two other seed banks in hopes of better results as I can no longer trust ILGM.

I received my order in a timely manner. right now, I have 3 seeds in paper towels and are showing tap roots, took 3 days, will plant in pots today and will see how well it grows. watch for coming attractions.

I needed seeds to plant my annual crop of weed, I was made aware of this site from a business partner and you had what was needed for both are needs at a reasonable fee.
My relationship with ILGM began when my wife ordered me some seeds for a birthday gift. I’ve placed three more orders since then and have always been satisfied. Recently I had a minor issue with an order I placed, so I reached out to support to tell them about my experience. Olaf reached back out to me, and very graciously and quickly resolved the issue. I’m completely satisfied and will continue to get my products from ILGM.

Recently I placed an order, but the next day realized I had ordered a tall plant variety when I needed a short variety. I emailed support and quickly got a reply that unfortunately the seeds had already been shipped, and it was too late to modify my order. Support said, “no worries, just return the seeds and we will refund your money”. I ordered the seeds I needed, and immediately upon receipt of the wrong seeds, returned them. Within a few days I got an email from support thanking me for returning them, and another promise that they would refund me within a few days. That was March 3rd, today is April 14. I have sent three replies to the email stating I would get the refund, and still have no refund, and my emails have gone unanswered. This is not good customer service, and has made me doubt I will use ILGM again.

When the seeds done germinate ilgm is there to provide no hassle replacement seeds. Those prices are reasonable.
Delivery was fast and on time, Now the germinate process begins. I have purchased seeds from other vendors for this grow and out of 10 seeds I have 2 seedlings. So let's see what happens.
