My experience has been okay. Has been okay. I am an experienced grower. But only half of my seeds has actually came up. I do hydroponics and I look for certain strains and I wish that y'all would have like a catalog that you could send out to buyers so we could see all of your strains. But as far my satisfaction. I am not really unhappy. I do like the deals that y'all have on your seeds and y'all do have some good strains. so keep up the decent work that y'all are doing..

Had a batch of seeds that 50% would not germinate-Sarah was able to replace. Ordered your fertilizer, what showed up to my house was an empty box. That was also replaced Customer support is all we have these days and you folks do a great job

I ordered seeds the other day. and had a hic-up with the payment, (My Bad.) my seeds came Saturday, I immediately germinated a couple and potted them today. Bruce Banner! I’ve bought a lot of seeds from you over the years! But it’s always the same for me! Im like a kid waiting on Santa! I immediately followed your instructions and germinated 2 seeds. Now I can’t wait for them to come up! The seeds always 100% germinate, they grow the best plants! Example: I have 2 Durban poison plants in my garden since they were very young. One plant is 3 1/2 feet tall the other is 4 1/2 feet tall, both loaded with tons of blooms! (AF) In addition to my marijuana fertilizer I put banana peel water on them and bunny poop water on them! I’m now 76 years old, retired, I live in Arizona so I kinda grow all year round! You guys are the best! Best product, best customer care!! I wouldn’t buy from anyone else, and I’ve tried that once, never again. ILGM it’s a blast! Keep up the good work and I’ll send you some more Dead Presidents for more seeds! ILGM! I am very happy with ILGM. they have cared about all aspects of my happiness with their products from receiving the seeds, germination, a the way to harvest , I have been getting my seeds from them for 15 years now and will continue to get my seeds from them every year as well as referring my friends to them as well.

Found ilgm in a general search. After 45 years since my last attempt to grow my own i was happy with the diverse information available and the ability to search out specifics. It was great that you target beginners needs with guidance on the specifics that gives me the confidence to purchase equipment and supplies. I have purchased my seeds from ILGM (5 years), and have always been satisfied with the experience. The only time I had less than 100% germination, I was given a credit for the full amount of the order. Powhatan, VA

Average. Complaints ho through bots. A email interaction follows. Took a lot of time on my end to resolve my issue.

This was my first experience with ILGM and the entire process was exceptional. Their support when I had questions was prompt and professional; Sarah in particular. I will only use this company for seed purchasing in the future.

Think there should be more options on packages like 10 plus 10 but 2 different strains. Should have to get all the same strains. Just gouging I love your product just should have more flexibility. I'd be willing to bet you would prob sell more because so.e people like variety I understand that's how you get that extra cash but I would have still spent more cash just got more variety. Either way still love your product.

was so sick of getting brown frown I decided to go online (2012ish) and find a seed provider. didn’t know anything about growing. found ILGM and figured what the heck. let’s do this. was a quick delivery and even over the years had a couple not make it past customs (sorry robert, just being honest) and they were promptly replaced. that includes beans that didn’t sprout… who else has that kind of service? you want the best? you found it. growing is an insanely fun learning experience and the rewards… well, when friends ask where did you get this fantastic magical green stinky delicious flower, you can say, I grew it.

I have used other seed banks before but with ILGM they all germinated and they all look fabulous.

I had 4 seeds that didn't Germinate. I brought it to their attention and new seeds were in the mail to me a few days later. Great customer service and product.

I like your company, but I did have a seed that was split open when it arrived. So it didn’t germinate.
