Easy purchase, successful grow and great customer service.

I purchased seeds and fertilizer in the spring and planted 6 seeds. All plants germinated and grew to 8 feet tall. Getting ready to harvest in the next few weeks. Had one plant turn out to be male. Had a great experience with Claire in customer service who not only made everything right, also gave me great advice.

Excellent product. Excellent service.

Seeds were replaced quickly

Every thing was alright but the potency I expected was not there. I’m doing everything right. Nice plants but nothing.right now I have 8 plants outside most plants are 7 feet or more all in bud. They are in the ground in moo doo plus.fed with tablespoon of jacks 20 2020 once a week.my wife and I are wondering if our water is bad since there’s of smell of chlorine in the water. Or the water is unually yellow or brown during mid day and later in the day back to clear water. What’s up.

First online order EVER & Never again!

The package arrived open and left opened with the contents inside. The contents had obviously been inspected due to handling marks. The package was not discreet, everything was labeled with pictures of marijuana and the words including your personalized information contact, address, etc. Can't help but worry now because the only people allowed to inspect are federal law enforcement. Even though many state laws say cultivation, use, and possesion are recreationally legal within applicable parameters. If they are opening every seed package even in states where it's legal what else is happening?

I'm a new purchaser to these products

I'm hello. My name is Bonnie. I am new to the growing family! So far I like the way that the packages were sent. They were very well packaged! It came in a good amount of time! I did follow the first step and and it did not sprout after 24 hours. Neither one of the seeds I put six in together three in each separate jar. So only two jars follow the instruction. Waiting for them to sprout before planting. Thank you!

Directions for Plant Protector need to be added

My star rating is only indicative of the lack of instructions for proper use of Plant Protector, and difficulty contacting customer service for help, not the product itslef. The only guidelines for use are on the product page itself, and are very vague. I would strongly urge ILGM to make some really, really specific instructions for each product included and have them easily accessible. Following the guidelines on the product page was only marginally helpful. I applied the mold guard as outlined, and the next day, found the leaves on all four plants I have going with wilts and yellow spots on them, almost like burns. Now, I am a newbie, but relatively intuitive, but obviously, following the guidelines on the product page didn't steer me in the right direction, at all; I don't think I'd have wilting and yellow marks on my leaves following application as outlined on the product page if I had been instructed correctly. I'm thinking the solution was too strong, or I used too much. Whatever the case, I only did exactly as the guidelines instructed. So, what happened? Why are my leaves now showing wilting and yellow spots? Obviously I did something incorrectly, but again, I only followed the guidelines on the product page, so I'm not sure what to think. I haven't used the other two products yet, because I'm not sure how to use them correctly, and don't want to farther damage what have been entirely healthy plants up to this point. Seriously. Healthy all the way, then one application of the mold defense, as outlined, and the next day, unhealthy plants with wilting and yellow burn like spots on the leaves. Could you please help me figure out if I've done major damage to my plants using the very product ILGM sells to prevent health issues? If I have, what can I do to remedy things? And please let me know how to correctly use all of the products going forward with very detailed instructions? I tried to contact customer service, but have not gotten a reply.

Good until recently

Out of 20 auto flower wedding cake seeds only 15 germinated...5 seeds were replaced..1 seed didn't germinate at all...2 of the others sprouted out of the dirt but never grew any...no true leaves...so they ilgm replaced those seeds...and again only 2 seeds out of 5 are growing...1 wont germinate...2 did open up but never got any kind of tail...wtf? I have been growing for years...since the 80s...its the seeds!

Started with high hopes and hope to keep it there!

I recently purchased 5 zkittles strain seeds and began germinating them the day they arrived. After 5 days, 1 out of three of the guaranteed female and to germinate seeds actually sprouted a tap root. At $20 a seed, I was expecting a bit better turnout. I'm hoping to at least, hear back from someone with either an explanation or a fix.

6 of 10 gg4 autoflower seeds germed and grew.

I purchased 10 GG4 seeds from you early this year. I followed your germination steps as you described. The plants that did grow weren't the biggest of buds but the buzz is spot on. I did not raise a stink with regards to the failed 4 seeds just because. 4of the seeds developed a light fuzzy mold around it 2 days into the germination process and the little tail that popped should further signs of growing after mold appeared. That being said I am impressed with the weed I did grow and purchased more seeds but a different autoflower.

Super Lemon Haze Journey

Seeds came in discreet packaging, fairly timely shipping. Being a first time grower I have had my difficulties, but the information provided on the website was invaluable in determining where I was making my mistakes. Out of 10 seeds I was able to get 8 sprouted (2 did not sprout) Of the 8 I was able to get 4 to start growing in the dirt. The information provided on the website was critical in this learning process.
