Hands down best customer service anywhere.

Had a problem on mailing cash, after 2 weeks they still didn't receive money sent in the mail. Sent my beans out anyway, who does this? Magically the day they sent my beans the money showed. Customer service at its finest. Mr Bergman you people are the best hands down. Thanks Sammy

Received seeds

We just received 1 package of 10 seeds. I thought I was supposed 2 get 2 packages. I thought I selected 2 different packages. So not sure I will order again for this site.

Totally frustrated with the bad service

Made a purchase of 10 seeds of Blue dream for 129 - $10 off for a new sign up customer 4 days later it's like always buy 10 seeds get 10 seeds free1 I didn't get that deal I called customer service they would not work with me all they had to do was send me another 10 seeds I'd have been happy but they have lost me as customer and I I'm sending the seeds back for refund because I'm done ridiculous any other store would honor that sale price at any given time to make it right

Never got the seeds

Order seeds, order #2754260. When it arrived there were no seeds. I’ve used the site for several years and haven’t had a problem till now. I still haven’t heard that your sending my seeds again. Waiting for fix before I ever order again. Disappointing….

The seeds never sprouted, the two that did aren't growing

I received a bunch of bad seeds. The two that sprouted (used the water glass method) came up but are not growing. The others opening partially then sunk to bottom of the glass. Planted them anyway never came up. I have excellent soil, water, light.

Don't like new non-resealable seed packs

Although the new outer packs the seeds come in are really nice, I don’t like the new seed packs themselves. I like the old small ziplocs with clear labels, not these potato chip bags with writing one can hardly read. Other than that - great as always!

First time ever being disappointed

I've ordered from ilgm many times...always an autoflower simply for the convenience of them and the short grow time. This season I bought 2 autoflower strains. AK47 and Wedding Cake. AK47 plants are everything I have learned to expect from ilgm. Easy and beautiful. Wedding Cake seeds proved to be difficult to germinate and 1 that did germinate was stunted. After a few emails and pictures to "prove" my situation, ilgm did send me extra seeds. Unfortunately they are Wedding Cake which is the policy ... to replace seeds with the same kind you ordered. However overall I felt quite inconvenienced and lost alot of growing time messing around with germination and failed plants. Honest opinion is after this experience I will find somewhere else to purchase seeds.

Somewhat not good

I ordered seeds. Planted on 8/1… The Sunset Sherbet did not sprout at all. The seeds seemed unusually small but I planted anyway. The Gold Leaf grew but one is stunted and growing weird and the tips on the other look dead?! I planted only two of each variety I ordered. The Gelato and Zkittles both look great! Not sure about the Gold Leaf or the Sunset Sherbet. I definitely feel that they should be replaced as per 100% guarantee.

Overall ilgm is very professional with their products .

Like buying my seeds at ilgm . They honor there product guarantees and replace damaged or seeds that didn't sprout . I did have a seed turn out to be male however ilgm help me with the process . And replaced seeds .

ILGM is the best company by far 100% satisfied with them

Seeds came destroyed in shipping

Recieved my order of the Sativa mix in the mail today only to come across my package laying on the ground next to my mailbox and must have been ran over or vandalized. I picked it up and brought it in to open only to realized all my seeds have been destroyed. 5 chocolope feminized, 5 super lemon haze feminized, and 5 strawberry cough feminized all completely destroyed. There goes $165 down the drain. Please help!? Is there anything you can do about this?

I’ve had nothing but good experience with this company. If you have a trouble germinating, they will give you a hand. Try to figure it out or give you replacement seeds. Good quality seeds.
