Poor germination rates over the past few years

My wife and I have made several purchases over the years. When I first started buying about 8 years ago I got almost 100% germination rates. Over the past 3 years we have had 50% or less success with all purchases and replacements. I have recently used a few local NY breeders and did not have the germination problems. I have come to the conclusion that ILGM provides low quality seeds. The genes are good. But the seeds are often not viable. It’s a hassle having to do the replacement. Especially when the replacements also fail to germinate. I hate to say that as much as I loved your company initially, I am now afraid to roll the dice with the bad germination rate.

my five seeds didnt sprout

i bought 5 seeds for 90$ non of them sprouted anything its been over two weeks later stillno growth?

I’m pretty happy with my experience with ilgm.I just wish all my seeds would be guaranteed to germinate. My recent purchase all my gold leaf’s germinated but purple kush had 4 duds. Over all I’m pretty happy..

AMAZING!!

The whole process was soooo easy. To ordering, paying and the quick arrival of my seeds, everything went smoothly. I purchased the white widow starter kit .along with some gold leaf seeds and its been ok so far. I have sowed 3 seeds and all three have started their growth process. This is my first attempt at growing my own and its been a hoot to watch. I still go back to the grow Bible and forum to make sure I'm on the right track. When I figure out how to post on the forum I'll show pics of my lil ladies. Will definitely buy from you again.

Ok fast shipping

Hi I ordered 2 separate seed strain just was labeled just with bar code ## tried scan unable to scan bar code would like to know which is which for growing purpose..would be 100% satisfied otherwise and due to this I’ll be ordering elsewhere like to know seeds helps growing. I apologize if I miss something on delivery explaining seeds ..

Amazing customer service .

Growing made simple

Not good

I usually order my seeds from I49 seed bank. But they didn't have Blue Dream at this time so I ordered 10 seeds from your company. Out of the 10 seeds only 3 have sprouted. I have been growing for just over 12 years and never had this problem with seeds. Sorry but this will be the last time I order anymore seeds from this company. I just hope the 3 I have going make it.

At the end of the day these folk’s stand behind their products. Their customer service / support responses back are always within 24 hours as advertised. Great selection of fems and autos that are constantly expanding with new offerings and awesome 10+10 sales. They also have a points program for $10-150 vouchers! Great customer service!

So I ordered some buy 10 get 10 free seeds and when I made purchase I got a chance to get select seeds at half price. I ordered gold leaf fems photo but I thought they were the auto fems. They let me return the non auto and they replaced with the autos. I did not need to pay extra shipping even. Thanks so much I had already tried to trade them before I asked glad I didn't

They won't fix my account

I'm happy with my seeds, but not the website or customer service. I am unable to remove items from my cart. When I contacted customer service they sent the following instructions; Thanks for your message. We're very sorry about this. We're having an issue with our removing items from the cart function on our site. Our developers are looking into this. "For now, you can use the following workaround: Place the order with the current items in your cart, select cash as your payment method and disregard the instructions, we can then cancel that order. And you can then start a new order with an empty cart." I'm not about to hit the buy button, no way!!! Fix your website. Until then, I'm buying seeds elsewhere.
