They won't fix my account
I'm happy with my seeds, but not the website or customer service. I am unable to remove items from my cart. When I contacted customer service they sent the following instructions;
Thanks for your message. We're very sorry about this. We're having an issue with our removing items from the cart function on our site.
Our developers are looking into this.
"For now, you can use the following workaround:
Place the order with the current items in your cart, select cash as your payment method and disregard the instructions, we can then cancel that order.
And you can then start a new order with an empty cart."
I'm not about to hit the buy button, no way!!! Fix your website. Until then, I'm buying seeds elsewhere.
