Seeds didn't open "sprout" in water or paper towels.

I have been with ilgm for many years now. I don't even bother looking around. It's like the old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it! That's kind of the way it is. For me anyways. I don't have any problems , I don't foresee any problems, and they stand by their product. Let's face it, lower prices would be great for us customers for sure! But there is a cost to doing business and having a good replacement policy. That is how I justify the cost. For me personally.

I believe that I lost approximately 5 seeds due to germination problems, so I brought it to the attention of ILGM, and they're sending me 10 seeds! You've got a return shopper!

I experienced a few seeds that didn't want to germinate for one reason or another, contacted Ilmg support, and within a few days recieved my replacement seeds at no extra cost to me...others would have made me purchase more, but Ilmg took the time to find out if it was something I could have changed to help, or simply stubborn seeds...I really like the hands on help I recieved, now I look forward to growing...I will be purchasing from them again and again!

I recently placed 2 orders during 420 sales ...my first order was missing my 10 free seeds .I emailed ILGM they quickly responded apologized....and my seeds are on the way! I am sure they were very busy mistakes happen but they fixed it no hassle! I am a seasoned grower have tried cultivar not impressed 50% seed failure, inconsistent plant genetics......they replaced my seeds that failed with a new lot supposedly. Same issues out of 10 seeds got 3 plants very disappointed! I learned a valuable lesson stick with ILGM. I have had 2 year old seeds in my cabinet from them and they came up no problems! You have my business for the rest of my life!!!! Love ILGM!!!

I ordered 3 strains of seed 10 packs during the 420 promotion. Value is the key, buy one get one plus 40% off was an insanely good deal. Far less expensive than anyone else. My only complaint is they are not clearly labeled. Each of the seed containers has a sticker with a bunch of codes. No where on the sticker says which strain they are. So I have to keep the packing list which has those codes with them to know which seeds are which strains.

This is my third order from ILGM. This one arrived in 6 business days, which is good. I’ve only had one issue in the past. Seeds didn’t germinate but they were replaced. I’ve had these 2 strains germinating for 36 hours. Nothing yet but hopefully something by tomorrow

Received my order 3 days early. Threw one of each strain into germ mode: 60 hrs all three popped Only downside was that there were no bonus beans included with my order. Other than that ILGM is as advertised delivery and germination are on point we’ll see what these sexy ladies are about over the next couple of months
