Love your new location closer

New packaging nice, quicker response time and you are interested in my experience with your products. Cool I’m getting better at it with experience, t&e . Indoor outdoor? Outdoor is the best but I keep a space inside for storms. Only real problems now are bugs so look closely every day Grew super skunk, to zkittles loved MK Ultra great smell and taste looking for something like that. Tried trading seeds with others not so good. Thanks again I like where you are going.

Great Store. Awesome guarantee

Disappointed

I never did receive my order. It went to somewhere else never did get. It said it was delivered and I did not get it. Not too happy with the company.

Awful expeience.

I'm glad to see others had a better experience with ILGM. I did not. Where to begin... ** expensive seeds ** complete mishandling during shipping ** incredibly poor germination (barely 50%) ** given a non-working credit code, then ignored by "support" It took over 3 weeks to resolve THEIR issues, so I'm now 6 weeks behind in a fairly short growing season. There are way better seed suppliers out there without having to deal with this, very expensive and time consuming, hassle. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Excellence in Support

I have been using ILGM since retiring (nearly a decade) and the results have always been as expected. This year for the first time, some seeds did not germinate! The result, instant replacement, followed by questions and advice to make sure the company has feedback and I am satisfied! THEN! The replacements were damaged in shipment! NO BIG DEAL! Fast replacement seeds.

They were very fast to replace 2 seeds that didn’t sprout. This is only the second time I’ve had problems with seeds not sprouting. They were quick to send my replacement seeds but neither time did they send me an “extra seed for my troubles “ as it says they will in the germination guarantee. But I’m just happy to get the duds replaced.

Best quality seeds

I have. Ordered seeds from you guys for 5 years now and they have all been good quality seeds. The only problems I've ever had is. When I ordered runts and you guys sent me Auto And you guys promptly fixed that problem. But I sent an email about 14 seeds that did not pop. And you guys sent me a code to use. But now that I'm trying to use the code, it does not work. I have 300 extra dollars to put with the code. But I would like to have the code before I order. So if you guys would please send me another code that would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and patience, Kevin

Trouble with customer service

I recently applied a $209 coupon to an order but I was told it didn’t go through due to a systems change. So my credit card got charged the full amount of order and now ILGM wants to keep the full charge of order on my credit card and issue me another $209 coupon for my next order. I will probably NEVER order from ILGM again. Deceptive sales practice in my opinion.
