Great company to work with as a consumer and customer.
I have purchased multiple seeds, some equipment, and took a grow class on their last Grow Tour Adventure in March of 2025 down in Palm Springs, CA. It was terrific to meet some of the team, live and in person, to share knowledge and stories amongst them and other growers. In my opinion, this really sets them apart from a lot of other seed companies. You really want to have great customer service? Get out and meet with, listen to, and be with, your customers. There was a hint that they are planning on doing more events, cross country (USA) in the future. I know that I will try to attend every one of them in a reasonable geographic area. I have had to reach out on-line for a couple of small issues (happens to everybody) and they were terrific about making it right immediately. That earns my loyalty.
