ACCOUNT DELETED AFTER COMPLAINT
EACH AND EVERY TIME I TRIED TO USE THE VIP PROGRAM TO ORDER BONUS PRODUCTS- SERVICE WAS DENIED. I THEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH WORKS HARD TO REPAIR RELATIONS. AND THIS HAPPENED 4 SEPERATE TIMES. UNTIL MY EMAIL WAS DENIED TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. SINCE JANUARY 3RD, I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT. AND NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN EXPLAIN OR CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THIS IS SAD SINCE I LIKE ILGM BECAUSE OF THE GREAT SEEDS AND PERTINENT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. I AM WITHOUT ACCESS TO THE SALE OR VIP PROGRAM OR MY OWN ACCOUNT PURCHASES. I MUST FIND AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE- AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF DEALING WITH ILGM. THIS IS NOT THE TREATMENT I EXPECTED. H.F.VAN DEN AKKER
