Out of the 20 seeds I ordered only 12 of them grew into plants. It is disappointing when you get duds. And yes I followed your germination guide to the T. The 12 that did sprout are growing nicely

I ordered double seeds got only half…I emailed them and they responded very quickly actually and took care of it far as I know..will recommend for sure soon as my other seeds arrive

My previous seed provider experienced some problem (never absolutely identified ) but my germination success rate was less than 30%. Many, many replacement beans that also failed and weird suggestions about "my problem technique". I had a miserable 18 month experience, constant anxiety and total loss of confidence. Also, had to use international money order and mail for payment. I am very loyal to a vendor and stayed with them way too long. Once I changed to ILGM it was literally ALL GOOD! And it has remained that ways since. One of the support people at ILGM, early in the relationship, Claire provided great advice after listening to my method. I refer her to her as Clarity, because that is what she provided.

I recently purchased 20 GSC Aoto seeds (buy 10 get 10 free) and out of those 20 seeds 9 each did not germinate, which I reported on ILGM's germination section of your website approximately 12 days ago. I have not heard a response concerning this matter.

I’m a Cancer-survivor and I’ve been growing for 5 years now. I wouldn’t recommend any other seedbank. ILGM is the only one I use, and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Quality genetics, and amazing customer service. Keep it up, guys.
I like the fast service but there are ALWAYS 30% to 50% of seeds that don't germinate. And I don't have time to make stupid little videos. In a nut shell, your service is good but the quality of your seeds sucks. Your refund policy is a joke.

Fast and reliable
I ordered seeds ilgm said payment was declined . I waited 2 days still says payment declined so i reorderd . Then w days after i recievd my first order. I could not talk to anyone to find out what went wrong and ilgm did not let me know payment was accepted . I was going to order more seeds anyway but i would of waited a month . On the good side every time i get seeds from ilgm so far 1 out of 20 does not sprout . I think that is pretty good . Well once i got 8 in a bottel and 1 did not make it but i really fell goid about their seeds
