I have been a customer for many years and have tried many different seeds My last grow was Runtz and it took 17 seeds to get 11 plants to grow I'm trying a different seed bank but still from you I have had great luck in the past years but has been going down I'll only buy from you no matter what Keep giving me great deals and I was disappointed in not getting a sticker last time May the Schwartz be with us Jerry, the happy grower

I have a problem getting the seeds germinated and started, but the smoke is great. If you guys can help me out a little bit, that would be great 5 of the. Banner. Terminated the other 3 only 1 of each. A little expensive, but that's what it cost you to operate. That's fine.
Would be 5 stars, but just took a tad bit too long to get the order out. Happy with the quality of the seeds and packaging.
I wish you sold your nutrients by individual packets .ie seed booster , growtime ,ND flower . As I need 3 times the flower than all the others and leaves me having to buy nutrients I don't need , bulk would be nice too , thanks
Ilgm has been the first and only supplier fur me since first purchase. They have good genes and the whole replacement of dud seeds they used to do(not sure if still available) was hands down very customer attentive. I Appreciate my business to ilgm. Just wish they gave more free gifts with purchases lolol
Got two mix packs..1 auto,1 fem..took one from each vial and the only one that didn't pop was the GG4 auto..I grow as needed.. just got different beans to have other choices for grows.. hope I don't have issues with the next set I pull out but I still have 35 beans from my last purchase so I'm set for awhile.. love the company..love the guarantee..love the product.. when they work..

we placed a order on July 29th and we received it on August 1st. i don't think free shipping could get any better unless it was overnight. i figured i'd have a week or so to get ready,,,, but no its here in three days. I found ILGM by chance and they had a sale going. The seeds I wanted were buy 10, get 10 free. And if you spent over $100 dollars, you got 5 free Do-si-do seeds for free. At first it seemed like a great deal. I added all to my cart, and then found an online coupon for 10 percent off. I added it to my cart, and it took my $150 balance to $135. Great I thought. My cart stayed the same for my 20 seeds plus the 5 free. I took a screen shot, and hit place order. I got an email from them saying they got my order my 20 seeds. But it didnt mention the 5 free. I emailed customer service to verify they would be shipped. They emailed back a day or so later saying no, because I used a discount code I would not be getting them. I said the value of those seeds was over $100, and I would rather not use a discount saving me 15 bucks, to get 100 in seeds. They basically told me sorry, thanks for understanding.. I showed them the screen shot showing all the stuff in my cart AFTER i applied the discount. She said, well if you would have read the fine print buried, you would have known. After no joke, 10 emails back and forth, and me threating to post on every grow forum about ripping people off they finally said they would send the free ones. Which they did. But never, and still have not admitted their website was/is messed up. EVERY website I have been will remove an item if its not included if you use a discount code. ILGM does not. Hard to believe I'm the first guy to complain about it....
Hi Tony, Thanks for sharing your experience. I've looked over the communication you've had with our customer support and do agree the service provided was not helpful. I am happy to see the free seeds were sent out, but this could have been done sooner. Unfortunately, the discounts and offers not being able to be combined is mostly due to a technicality - and it really does not make much sense. You met the minimum spending requirement even with the discount being deducted - and furthermore, you sent a screenshot where the message was still showing saying: "Congrats! You've qualified for 5 free seeds" - after having applied the discount. This is unclear, and understandably confusing for customers. The fine print says discount cannot be combined with store discounts (meaning automatic discounts and code-based discounts) - so it's not clear that this also applies for free seed offers. Because this is an unfortunate technicality, the general consensus within our team is to just ship out the free seeds anyway, because the removal is unintentional. This could have been handled far better and should not have required all this back-and-forth. Our sincere apologies for this. I have ordered from ILGM for years, but my last several orders have a number of seeds that are not germinating. I wrote to them but have heard nothing back.

Ive been a buyer for several years now from this seed bank. Yes ive ran into issues with seeds ive purchased from this seed bank but they have always stood behind there products and made sure to always make things right. Ive wanted to try other seed banks but with the results ive always gotten from this company there's really no need to. If its not broke dont fix it and this company has yet, in several years of using them, not fixed the problem or problems that ive had with a product of there's. So thankyou ILGM for being a awesome seed bank!

Always tiny seeds, good advice mostly. There's no consistency in seed turn out. I've had to clone all so I had a good plant to clone. Too labor intensive and$$$. There rewards r a joke after spending ×××.×× u get 10 off a 100 or something stupid like that. I've moved on suggest u do 2

I bought a 5 pack of grapefruit auto flower seeds, I germinated 3 to start, they took 2 days to germinate, they’ve been buried a half inch under fox farm happy frog soil for 3 days now and haven’t even tried to break surface. I have the last 2 germinating right now, but so far I will not be buying again. I’ve had better luck with $10 seeds. I’ve never had these issues.

I have attempted several different germination methods. I have successfully sprouted 4 seeds out of 8 different attempts. I understand that ILGM offers some sort of replacement. I will see it through with the one indica and one sativa plant s who are seeming to do well. Just bought the $56 fertilizer program which was well reviewed on line. We will see if the plants like it (measured and applied accurately) or not.

I have ordered from these guys numerous times. Although, the majority of my seeds germinated there were some that didn't. I did try to get more replaced, but I believe there was a break down in solutions suggested by the person who responded to my request and never got them replaced. Overall the seeds are great.

I have made several transactions with ILGM and have always been satisfied with their expedient service and the various products purchased. I like that they quite often have various sales and promotions. Like their BOGO. Due most likely to user error(lol), I have only had to contact customer service once. Their response was very timely and responsive. They had already fixed the issue and my order went through successfully. Which i received within 48 hours. Which seems to be the norm. Wish all companies were like this!
I love taking guess work out of the equation. I know 100% what I'm growing & my plants are genetically available here.
