We’re sorry to hear about some of your seeds failing to germinate. You should expect all of our seeds to germinate.
Our customer support team will reach out to you and will make sure to resolve this with you.
Keep in mind that we always inquire about the germination methods applied, this is not intended to shift the blame, but is just important for our quality control and we do like to make sure.
(I did check for any previous correspondence but I could not any recent messages about germination issues, did you use the same email address to reach out to us?)
