The ordering process via CC was beyond bad
The products seem nice.
The people seem nice.
The credit card ordering is terrible. There are two methods, the first one just did not work, I could never get it to swallow my info. The second one makes you set up an account on this awful site that has no means without contacting them to remove your account and assesses a surcharge on your order, but they can not tell you what it is until of course you have an account that you can not delete on your own. If it was an up front business they would say they are going to hit you up for 5% or what not, but they leave that part out. Nice eh?
So take III was the old have the bank send them a check via bill pay. I don't know why this is not the "preferred" way because it is the most certain to work. I may be in the minority but I don't need things overnight, so a little while for things to go through the mail is not a big deal at all, and it is reliable. The CC stuff was not and cost me a lot of time and frustration, and having to write to that awful place to get my account removed as I will never use it.
Once they got my $$ the seeds came as quickly as any other and they were well packed. I have a fixed number of plants I am allowed to have so I am letting the current crop finish before starting the new. My wife wants some of the seeds too, so sometime this month we will be starting them.
I can tell you the ordering fiasco did make the order smaller, I was going to get two strains but after the amount of time and BS, I just got the one that was on sale. I am also getting a lot of junk mail, but I think I can turn that off when it starts to bug me.
Definitely not the best experience but in the end, I did get some seeds and that is what I set out to do. The road was just somewhat mired with potholes and landmines. I would recommend with the caveat that credit card ordering be avoided.
