I have always enjoyed learning about strains. Nerding up on the details of diseases, climate, the, the cbd, now the terpines and details. The flowering the resilience in relationship to my outdoor climate.. I am 55 yrs old and grew up in the illegal era. Smoking since 1985 as a teenager. So happy to grow legally now in Maine with a few plants a year. Happy to have IGLM as a trusted resource for such details as mentioned.
Before I plant, I wanted to have everything i need for the whole process. I saw briefly a package with grow and flowering fertilizer and information booklet. It also said a hint was not to use miracle grow. This leaves me confused. I can no longer find this.
I am an outside grower for many years after sprouting plants went into flower in six weeks time. I immediately ordered replacement seeds and paid full retail and advised ILGM of the issue. Instead of resolving the issue I am getting the run around and resolution hinges on me providing you with photos of plants. As I have advised your support team this would create a security issue and violate the California rules for cultivating cannibis. However ILGM has fixated on photos in a ploy to refuse resolution . I have ordered seeds from two other seed banks in hopes of better results as I can no longer trust ILGM.

I received my order in a timely manner. right now, I have 3 seeds in paper towels and are showing tap roots, took 3 days, will plant in pots today and will see how well it grows. watch for coming attractions.

My relationship with ILGM began when my wife ordered me some seeds for a birthday gift. I’ve placed three more orders since then and have always been satisfied. Recently I placed an order, but the next day realized I had ordered a tall plant variety when I needed a short variety. I emailed support and quickly got a reply that unfortunately the seeds had already been shipped, and it was too late to modify my order. Support said, “no worries, just return the seeds and we will refund your money”. I ordered the seeds I needed, and immediately upon receipt of the wrong seeds, returned them. Within a few days I got an email from support thanking me for returning them, and another promise that they would refund me within a few days. That was March 3rd, today is April 14. I have sent three replies to the email stating I would get the refund, and still have no refund, and my emails have gone unanswered. This is not good customer service, and has made me doubt I will use ILGM again.

When the seeds done germinate ilgm is there to provide no hassle replacement seeds. Those prices are reasonable.
Delivery was fast and on time, Now the germinate process begins. I have purchased seeds from other vendors for this grow and out of 10 seeds I have 2 seedlings. So let's see what happens.
I've been a long time grower and have used ILGM seeds for several grows. I have ALWAYS had 100% germination on seeds I have purchased for ILGM until now. I ordered the mix pack of auto-flowers that included Amnesia haze, Northern Lights and Blueberry. I attempted to crack 2 of each strain. However, after using the trusted paper towel method, only 3 of the 6 seeds germinated. The Amnesia haze {2 seeds} and Northern Lights {1 seed} unfortunately didn't make it this time. The 3 seeds that did make it are now thriving. The 2 Blueberry and 1 Northern Lights are growing like gangbusters. Not

Never had a problem, been using you for awhile now
I don't know what happened my average is 75% survival germination to harvest this year I successfully germinated for out of 4 40 20 being the ones I purchased and was successfully germinated before but previously the first 20 were unsuccessful not sure what went wrong have the same process of always used this strain May been a little more susceptible to something in my soil not sure In the past the company was always prompt on the delivery and customer service unfortunately I do not find the same with the new system there's no interaction like there used to be I feel like there's more commercially automated lacking that human interaction and you can't find the deals like you did previous the new website is full of color and pizzazz but if you're not spending $150 bucks you're not getting a good deal you can't double your seeds on the deal unless you spending and outrageous amount of money they raise all the prices to try to give you a deal just like every other corp out there I'd still recommend them due to the fact that they insure germination

I ordered 20 of the Girl Scout Cookies Extreme and am pleased to say all are doing well. The seeds germinated in just a few days and came up three to four days after putting in seed starting soil. I would share a photo but don’t see any place to do so.
Dependable company with sometimes inconsistent seed strains makes it a generally good to excellent experience.
