Ordered 3 different types with 10 seeds a piece and so far nothing and going on week 2. Ordered seeds before and some work but others like la confidential not 1 seed work out of 20 but another strain got 17 out of 20 to work. They just have old seeds they will send out

Absolutely horrible! I just placed an order on the 'new website ", which I decided to use 40 dollars worth of vip points. They showed at checkout, but we're not applied. Second time now. Have to e mail them to get it straightened out and by then I just want to cancel the order out of frustration and wasted time. Then they constantly bother you asking you why you would cancel an order you just placed. Very poor germination as well. A complete waste of time and money. They can't even get a proper working website. I won't be shopping here anymore for these reasons

Order all your seeds here. Reputable company. Seeds arrive within a few days discreetly. I had an issue with a few hard to germinate seeds and the company not only replaced them but sent me extra seeds. Thank you for going above and beyond.
I had a bunch of grand daddy purple and god father og seeds no germinate and they wanted to see my set up and I did everything correctly and I like the new colors on the packs because a great woman named Sarah responded to my email and she sent me a $149.00 credit and I got the gg4 and they gave me the deal also 10 for free I’m so excited to see how they come up I’m going with soil but this place if you give ur lady what she needs and she will explode with growth I was blown away by a couple of the seeds from the og I can’t wait for my meds to finish
Service is really good and keeping track of the orders that a person places
When ordering seeds three weeks ago, I had trouble both with applying a discount coupon and getting the correct number of seeds in my cart, so I reached out, in a series of emails, including a screenshot of the order, to the customer service rep, Sarah. It took many emailed iterations, and when the order was finally delivered, it STILL didn't reflect the accurate amount based on the discount coupon, even though the discount code was clearly shown on my order. When I discovered the problem, after the amount was charged to my account, Sarah disavowed any responsibility for the problem. I have asked to have the situation elevated to a supervisor, but have not yet heard any response. I've enjoyed a good relationship with ILGM in the past, so this poor experience was especially disappointing to me.

I have been using ILGM seeds for 5 years now with no issues. I have not had to contact customer service before but I had a germination issue with my last order. ILGM responded quickly and replaced the seeds that would not germinate.

I've done a few grows now and I find the service at ILGM and the selection to be amazing! I messed up at the beginning of a grown once reached out to them for advice on what to do next and before I could rebuy they sent me new seeds and contacted me through out the year to see how the grow went. Last year's harvest was amazing one plant alone after topping and pruning I got her 9ft x 5ft and got 3lbs. Their quality is there! Can't wait for this year's harvest!!

Bought the buy 10 get 10 sour d and so far 2 out of 10 seeds have germinated, 24 hours in a cup then into wet paper towels in a bag and nothing happens….

So far my experience has been awesome everything’s been well worth a great experience all the information and I’ve picked up on has been awesome and very helpful and the breeds have been right on time at this time I’m messing around with the frosted Cheerios neuromas awesome can’t wait to dabble
I ordered 10 got 10 free. Germinated 7 total so far and 3 opened and so far are just breaking out of soil. 4 never popped and remain closed. I also follow your recommended germination process. So far just under 50% is goin good! Can't wait to see how it goes.
