I value the website for all it's information and praise ILGM for actually replacing seed that did not sprout, even though it was partly my fault.

Here goes, First, I would like to say" SINCEREST THANKS TO THE ILGM TEAM". I ordered durban poison from ILGM and seemed to not grow properly. When I contacted the team, they were very prompt to respond to my concerns. I had explained that some seeds did not germinate and the ones that did just did not grow properly; ie: height, growth rate and actual germination. The team promised to send some new seeds right away. Well. Within about 1 week's time; new seeds arrived as promised. Just want to say this; in today's times, only "QUALITY COMPANIES STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS!!". My sincerest thanks to your wonderful, friendly and very professional team for an outstanding customer experience. Thank you Robert for having a wonderful team. Nate

My experience has been good, but I've only planted 10 out of my 20 seeds and only 7 came up

First time ordering with ILGM after trying other banks before, and ILGM surpassed everything I was skeptical about. Others did not care about the time or the appearance of the package unlike you guys, fast and sweet just like it should be. Thanks again!

ILGM is a great place to buy your seeds, especially if you catch the 10 for 10 specials. have never had an issue with service or quality. Always standing behind their products.

i bought girl scout cookie auto and purple kush photo i should have known better than to buy autos again 2 out of the 5 seeds sprouted with one of them 10 inches high and not flowering only 2 out of the 5 purple kush have sprouted this is bad

Delivery was prompt & when seeds failed to grow replacement was quick. Plants al growing nicely. Love the growing blog & help offered. This is a good company.

I purchased seeds that, because of my fault, did not do well. A couple of staff members mentored me and gave me ideas and also provided me with links to articles that would help. Great, huh? Well, they went beyond that and sent me some new seeds. That’s a guarantee you can count on. I never knew why, but I had heard about growers washing out their soil after a grow. I found success in doing that, and I think it’s because the nutrients remain there and are too much for sprouts.

I have ordered from ILGM several times and I always get what I ordered. The shipping is fast and the package is discreet. They have an excellent variety of photoperiod and autoflower strains available. I have nothing but good things to say about ILGM. Will continue to shop here in the future.

First off growing in your directions for germinating fabulous. I was amazed how easy it is. After having one seed not germinating and contacting you guys were great! 7 of 10 germinate. Did everything the video they provide said to do but hey the 7 are strongly rising

I was having a problem with one of their strains ( super skunk). I called them explaining my problem and after going over everything in detail I was given a credit no hassle no problems:

The only issue was I don’t think all my 20 pack is the same seeds . Think maybe there were some mix up in the bank before ship . Other then that great .

The first set of seed looked small and immature. I did not have any luck with them germinating, texted ILGM staff, told them the problem, they honored their warranty and replaced the seeds with healthier looking seed. These seeds have germinated and are looking good! Thanks for honoring your warranty. I will be back just on customer service.

I recently purchased some seeds. I had difficulty germinating some of them. After discussing my situation with the support staff and getting counseled about my growing conditions they immediately sent me replacement seeds, no questions asked.. I trust these folks.

ILGM has been great to work with. Seeds always arrive on a very reasonable amount of time in discreet packaging. I have started my 4th grow and I have never had one fail to germinate. Only 1 hasn’t made it all the through flower, my fault not the seeds. Their support is also very good. With ILGM growers have access to a wealth of knowledge on how to grow weed successfully. So if you haven’t tried them give them a try.

Amazing seeds. My first time growing. All I can say is it has been a learning experience. Learning to control the temperature and humidity, getting the right soil, finding out how to mix nutrients and check the ph, going to war with aphids, learning when to crop, how long to dry and how to cure. I probably have about 1/4 of the seeds they offer. Always have sprouted.
