We’re sorry to hear about some of your seeds failing to germinate and that you've experienced a decline in quality in recent orders. We understand this may give off the impression that something has changed, but we still source our seeds from the same breeders as we did before.
Our customer support team will reach out to you and will make sure to resolve this with you.
Keep in mind it is standard practice for us to inquire about the germination methods used, just to make sure and because this is relevant to our quality control, but we well of course always back our replacement policy.
