I ordered 10 and received 10 free seeds. This is only the second order I’ve placed for seeds. I only grow one plant at a time. I ordered these on Thursday and received them on Monday. Dropped one in water…started sprouting by Wednesday. With my last order of seeds I had one that didn’t germinate. With 16 more seeds on hand it was no issue. For kicks I contacted the company to see what the policy really was. I made it clear I wasn’t worried about replacement, etc. A week later I received the replacement, no questions asked, replacement mot even requested. The customer service here can not be beat!! And the website has ALL the information required to grow. I still have two seeds from my original order and have never had another issue with germination, even with the seeds being over 3 years old! I love how if there is a seed that did not crack they give you advice to help you make that see germinated, and they replace your seeds if you get one of those seeds that don’t crack

I've only had one seed not sprout that was no fault of my own and they always replace those promptly. I made a mistake with seeds from my very first order though and they were kind enough to still replace them even though it was my fault. The plants that these seeds produce are very good quality.

Bought a mix pack back in 2019 in Hurricane Utah of northern lights, amnesia haze and blueberry recently I moved to Colorado and grew said seeds and gave my weed farm co worker Carter some amnesia haze and blueberry seeds. He grew the seeds and said that they were the worst he's ever grown and I should stop wasting money. I've since moved back down south in Louisiana and he messaged me asking for the order label because he was going to get me a replacement from you. Well my package was sent to my old address and I was told I wouldn't get sent another until the old one was returned. You do know Americans open other people's mail right? This is a disgrace and I'm appalled by all this use of my identity and mixup. I believe this was done by a Sarah, please do better.

Have ordered several times and always recieve right on time. I have tried several different seeds and always have great success from germination to harvest. Would recommend.

We recently ordered some seeds. Some didn’t pop and we totally understand that some will and some won’t. We’ve never had problems in the past but that’s the breaks. We still consider you #1 on our list though.

This was my first order and it was lost in the mail. Long story short,the postal service has no idea what they are doing. I reached out to the support team at ILGM and they sent me another one right away. No hassle at all. My first seed is now in the tent growing it's little heart out. Thank you.

This is the first time I ordered here. I bought 10 seeds. 2 days later they were buy 10 and get 10. I asked since this is my first time could you give me the free seeds. I was told we can't do anything about it. You would think a new customer you would try to bend the rules just s bit.

Had germination problems with a recent order. Response from ILGM was both prompt and courteous . The problem was resolved very quickly . First class organization !

I have had a truly stellar experience with ILGM. They have a wonderful selection of photo period and auto period genetics to pick from. I’m emberassed to say I used to buy I❤️GM seeds 10 yrs or more ago. Between clones and times I ended up with another company as I thought they were Canadian. Nothing but heartache with bad seeds and unknown crops. But got my first I❤️GM seeds and within 62 hours I had 3 seeds with 1” to 1 1/4” tails. And the other 3 are showing! Why I ever left Robert’s seeds I will never know but I’ll not go anywhere else again. I’ll keep you posted on the grow!! Thank You!!

So far My experience is good on every level. Easy payment options, and delivery in a timely manner. I don’t expect overnight shipping speeds. Every order is accompanied with a nice coupon and sticker that I hand out. Hmmm, maybe the sticker could have a secret code for referral credits.

I have been using ILGM for about 4 yrs now My first indoor grow a Maui Wowie seed along with White widow and Super Skunk The Maui was a master piece It was very impressive the taste was rich and the buzz was dynamite The others were Not Evern close to it very disappointing I have not been able to grow that Maui again Evern after starting 4 more Maui on the next grow They all were nothing like the first one Now Im learning about Phenos and how its a lottery win you find the right one Then you clone it and repeat the process Okay I knew nothing of cloning Taking clones Didn't have a extra room for doing such a process After growing over a dozen strains from ILGM I have only had that One plant/Maui that made it worth growing All the others were at best Not Evern worth smoking couldn't Evern give it away Now after 3 yrs I just harvested 9 Chedder cheese by Phylos and so far One i sampled was great tasting and had a strong buzz But that's just that one I will see after everything is cured Glad ILGM added Phylos and few more to keep me staying with ILGM Next grow will be GB Hazy Girl and Mystery haze I will no longer grow ILGM seeds I'm burnt out on disappointing grows 122days plus is a long time to grow something and not expecting it to suck ILGM made sure I got there 100% on the seeds I didn't like and That has kept me with them Nobody has the guarantee they offer nobody !!

I'm a novice to growing, but thought I'd try it out since its legal in our State. The seeds generally germinate in the hydroponic unit and have cute little leaves in about a week, pretty reliably on all of my orders so far, and are usually ready to be trimmed in about 6 weeks and potted a few weeks after that.

This is my second time ordering from this company. I had great results growing my seeds this past summer. I ordered a bunch of seeds for Christmas presents for all of my friends.

Had some seeds not doing what they are supposed to do! Was given advice and used it. Still had issues. So, they replaced everything ! Thankx again…….!
