Purchase was easy, price was very good, but it took way long from time I paid until seeds arrived.
Really, I concisely said it in my one sentence above. I don’t know whether you are forced to use the system you are currently using by the powers that be, or whether you can exert any control over it and are open to your customers’ feedback. If you are a member of weed culture, I am going to assume that you are an open person and make an effort to be so, as do I.
I believe it might’ve been as long as three weeks between the time I paid and sent in my order and the time that my seeds arrived. I did not write it down, but I remember it being a crazy long time, and while you communicated the procedure after the purchase, it seemed too complex and ea lot of it seemed unnecessary and frankly, old-fashioned.
I know that I don’t know your business, but I also work with the public as music teacher, a business owner, and a real estate broker, and I understand that perception matters when customers have a choice.
So either something can be changed or, if not, perhaps better pre-sale communication can be offered, especially since time matters when working with a finite growing season. In my case, it feels like a couple of weeks’ growing time were wasted.
I understand that what I have written above is only my perspective, and that you might have a different perspective. I’d be very happy to hear how you feel about my perspective and I’d like to also understand yours.
