Thanks for your review. We appreciate the feedback of course.
But we would like to point out (just to clarify) that you sent your payment to the wrong address, despite
us sending instructions. If that hadn't happened and you would have informed us earlier that you had sent the payment but received no confirmation, we would have had this order shipped out way sooner.
We do understand this can happen, and we are sorry that it now ended up taking so long.
