Whether ordering seeds or all the nutrients I’ve never had a problem. The one instance where I had several seeds not germinate they were replaced with no problem so I’ll always trust in ILGM .

First time grower scared out of my mind. Thank you for making it seem not so out of reach! Fingers crossed I do ok in this first harvest.

Poor honestly! Due to small black out of date seeds that wouldn’t sprout. Made a complaint and got refunded half of what I originally ordered and then got good seeds. I expected to get good seeds from the start not after two different bad experiences.

The seeds I purchased germinated perfectly. I used a little hydrogen peroxide in the water to prevent damping off. I grow outside (Michigan), and my plants have been healthy and beautiful.

The package i ordered took about 7 days from when I ordered, and it came in the mail with no problems. Visual inspection of the product looks great, now time for the fun part, testing the product!

I’m trying out a different strain now blueberry but I’m trying it because of the amazing success I had with the last strain I got from ILGM called Hindu Kush which was a definite crowd pleaser, the real thing that has made me love the strains is that they all seem to thrive right from the start and in the event that you have issues or problems ILGM is right there to try and help you get it right and back their product 100% because it’s a really great product! Anyway I was able to get many pounds of really awesome quality buds from the last few runs and I am sure I’ll get the same amazing results with this new strain I’m trying out. I started 8 of my 30 seeds. Only 6 are growing. 2 seeds did not sprout. One of each didn’t sprout. 1 BUBBA KUSH and 1 BLUE CHEESE. Can I please get a replacement for those 2. Otherwise last year’s crop was amazing.

I’m impressed with near instant response to any questions or concerns. The selection of seeds is outstanding. If a seed for whatever reason is determined to be a dud, it is replaced without question. I have been purchasing seeds from ILGM for 4 years now and have had terrific success with a variety of their products.

I live in the country on my farm so I’ll be planting outdoors, I’m 72 years old and have growing experience, I will wait until last freeze to plant so we’ll just have to wait and see if a quality product has been delivered, I plan on ordering another small order of a different variety, thank you.

Great seeds at a very fair price. It is rare that a seed does not pop. The information available online is so helpful when an issue comes up that I need help with. sprout every time

I had some bad luck with the white widow sprouting 6 out of 20 and they promptly replaced them and even sent me 1 extra within a week

I had some trouble ordering. I ordered with my wives credit card. Sent message and got a very quick response. It took a good 24 hours of them looking up the correct number but had the seeds 3 days later

First purchase. Had real trouble following the site. Thought I was purchasing a sale product, but your company wouldn't recognize it. Didn't know until my order arrived and what I thought I purchased wasn't there. Got in touch with the company, which didn't care, wouldn't listen to what I said. Was nice, but angering. Alot of money for me, an older person. But I have a group with me, who thought the replies from you were terrible. None of us will order from you again. And we have a network that we reported to. You're not business people. One botched sale that could've been easily resolved by you and that knocked out over 10 buyers plus we don't know who in the network will knock you out of our sales. Won't be using you ever again.
