Sadly,,, the seeds that I bought from you for the 2022 grow year did very poorly. I am a repeat customer of 5 years and am now 63 years old. I am not a novice first time grower. I placed 2 orders from you this year totaling over $1000. I used commercial seedling starter soil,,,, 4different vendors. I followed your instructions. Most of my first order ($700ish) did not open at all. The few that did actually open did not ever come up after transplant. I immediately placed 2nd order of $300ish. They also did equally poor. I don't understand. Never b4 did I have a grow year fail so completely. I am not a whiner and did not document my grow with photos. Guess that is my mistake. I'm just real disappointed. I have some semi advanced knowledge of plant physiology graduating from UMC 1984. Courses include Botany,,,,,chemistry,,,,,,biochemistry,,,,soil systems,,,ecology,,,,dendrology,,,,plant taxonomy,,,,zoology. I realize all the studies in the whole world does NOT guarantee a green thumb. I have been growing since 1981 and have been ILGM customer for 5 years. I’ve bought multiple times and have had 100% sprout rate until my last order of 20 super lemon haze, only 10 of the 20 have sprouted it’s been little over a month

The super skunk beans arrived quick and germinated within a few days. I'm in week two with super skunk and like what I see so far. The costumer service is great they answered even my toughest questions and did all they could to help me. I really appreciate the customer service team and it shows they care about their customers and fellow growers.

I have purchased from this site since 2015, and the quality has gone down substantially. I purchased 20 white willow seeds and only 3 germinated, my neighbor purchased 10 Tropicana cookies and none germinated. I’ve purchased from a different seed bank and all germinated so I know it’s not my water, soil,or lights. Be careful.

I have germinated 4 Seeds. They all 4 sprouted but only 2 have come up from the dirt . How long should I wait?

Other seed banks didn’t deliver and said I had to take it up with the post office (i49.net)

We bought seeds from you last year and followed you directions on starting them to the letter and had a wonderful crop, Purple Haze. Bought some more seeds this year 2 times, the first batch was super hero mix. started them exactly as directed and exactly how we did them last year and only got 3 out 30 to go right. the 2nd batch we got autoflower #20, so far i started 10 following the directions that came with the seeds. we got 6 and 2 died with in a day of it sprouting in the dirt. going to try the last 10 a different way. But so far I would have to say that was close to $$500 dollars down the drain. We have been growing seeds for years including yours with no problems. these last ones have been pretty worthless. not sure what to do now

I've germinated 6 seeds so far from you with nice long tap roots, but none have grown into plants from the soil. I've bought seeds from other places and have no problem with them growing, but so far your seeds have failed for me.

You sent two orders and charged me twice. I got a response finally, I asked if Alex would charge me as if I bought the 60 seeds in one order and refund the difference instead of the higher rate of two 30 seed orders. He said to return the seeds and I’ll get a refund , I guess my idea was too much work for him , The thing is I find it hard believe I will ever get a refund from you guys based on all the hassle I’ve had so far , I think you guys are shady or just real stoned . I’m sure your product is good but I feel like I was ****med into paying for two orders
