My ol' lady said I was crazy for sending cash...

It was 2 weeks from the time I pulled the red flag up on our mailbox till receiving my Maui Wowie seeds. I talked about it with my nephew and he paid 65 for 5. When I said I got 20 for 119, he was upset. Of course I gave him new direction to better prices.

pretty good experience so far

so far my experience with your company has been better than some of the others that i have tried in the past. not all of the seeds germinate though, but there is an over 75-80% success rate which is actually better than some companies products. customer service seems friendly via email, but sometimes phone conversations seem to be needed to effectively communicate problems and solutions.

Science vs. Bro~Science University "clarity in fog of war"

Mr. Robert web site allows dedicated students to educate themselves profoundly. Years now as a customer. We tried other places too, this is keep it simple "solid genetics" focused on product description. Monster plants jump out of the seeds in about ~10% of your new stock it seems? The support team ensures your grow is great, don't overthink it. You can pay by credit card, and it gets to you fast for free, with cool beans tracking number. My experience is near 100% germination over 80 seeds already, 10% aggressive; furthermore, that ONLY means "cracking it", not going past that by your own +- %5 errors in learning, spend time in the labs, do your labs for simple grow, focused like the Ninja! I was offered free replacement seeds for an error I did in a cry baby note, so I said no as self punishment. So, Yay! Five Stars for Mr. Robert efforts. Bravo!

Outstanding customer sevvice

Fast service from the start. First time grower and even though it may have been my inexperience I had a few seed not germinate. I contacted customer support and had replacement seeds within a few days. i will definitely be telling others and will be ordering more in the future.

Slow delivery and following instructions - 4 duds; no sprouting, no results for $84.

My brother warned me about ordering seeds on line. He was right. After sending the cash as per instructions I waited for over 2 weeks for the seeds. I followed the directions to the letter, and I have prolific gardens to prove I'm a green thumb gardener. Soaked the seeds in the dark, 24 hours later, nothing; 72 hours later: nothing but I planted them in soil anyway. Nothing. I've grown marijuana successfully in the past, so this is a disappointing mystery. To avoid this problem, I wish I could buy little starter plants. I have no guarantee that the seeds actually will work. I'm so disappointed.

Not happy with the seeds

Two of the three seeds did not come up. Started in water had a tail but when put in soil nothing came up

Excellent

Seeds arrived promptly and labeled in individual zip locks per strain. They responded within 24 hours when I notified them that some seeds did not germinate. They provided guidance to help germinate the "slow" seeds and even offered me a generous coupon for the few that did not. Excellent customer service! Good, but…

Very fast delivery and I received everything I ordered. I ran into a bit of a problem with germination and sprouting, however. I ordered the USA pack, which includes Maui Wowie, NYCD, and LA Confidential. I always soak my seeds in water, in the dark, and then plant into peat pellets. I had great success with the Maui with full germination, but only one NYCD germinated, and none of LA. Because the MW did so well, I don’t think I made any mistakes overall. I think maybe the other seeds just weren’t that viable.
