I had been waiting for the super lemon haze to go on sale. Fortunately it was finally on one of their double specials (good news). I placed the order and applied a $40 VIP discount I had from previous orders. The shipment arrived and only 20 seeds were received vs. the 20 for 40 deal. I contacted customer support and they said it must have been a misunderstanding on my end as the double sale was not active when I placed my order. I wouldn't have added my VIP discount or paid $199 for 20 seeds if that was the case. Be forewarned if you buy during their specials you may want to take a screen shot of your order so they don't come back on you and refuse to stand behind their deals.

So I'll allow my friend to order 20 seeds. And somehow, yeah, taken out of 2 different accounts that I had left me broke on Mother's Day weekend, I had to sit home, didn't get to go see my children or my grandchildren. I will never, ever Allow anyone to ever use my card again for any reason. Whatsoever. My money has not been refunded yet.
Hi Tonya, Thanks for sharing your experience. I am very sorry to hear this. However, I can see that there were two separate orders placed as they were ordered about 15 minutes apart. So I am sorry to say this, but by the looks of it somehow your friend messed up placing the order. It's extremely unfortunate that this left you broke on Mother's day weekend and you did not get to see your children or grandchildren. That should have never happened, of course. I can also see that you've filed a chargeback for one of the payments, even though, we did ship out two separate shipments. We'd have been happy to issue the refund for you if you'd have contacted us. But now, you have two shipments of seeds, while effectively only paying for one. I understand this must have been a terrible experience - and it should have never happened. But, we'd have been happy to try and resolve this for you if you had contacted our support team. I've had some good luck with the seeds I have purchased. I've had only a few seeds that didn't germinate. But the ones that have germinated has been some of the best weed. I'll be buying from them again. And I recommend you do the same!
I’ve sprouted 10 blue dream and 10 apple fritter. Only 5 blue dreams and 6 Apple fritter’s grew. Soil was good. I also have planted white widow it went well I did get 1 male and one seed wouldn’t sprout. Overall a good experience. I would like to get the seeds that didn’t grow replaced

All of their products are great and they stand behind their germination promise, after just have a seed problem they replaced them for me. As I said AWESOME.
Recieved seeds in a timely manor however, None of them has done anything in 4 days. Will wait another 2 days, but will NOT be ordering anything else from this place

I am a member of MANY forums from fishing, cars, boating, aquariums and of coarse gardening. I have to say the ilgm forumn is absolutely the best forum ive ever been a part of. While most forums are filled with arrogant posters, the ilgm forum is nothing but friendly knowledgeable farmers willing to help without the drama. I haven't tried their seeds to this point but from what I've read they only sell the best genetics. My next purchase will be from ilgm for sure!! Happy growing!!

I would highly recommend to my friends to buy from ILGM. I have had buying experiences with this company over the years , and ILGM has been honest and caring. Last week I placed an order on Monday. ILGM gave me a tracking number for my order. On Wednesday the order was tracked in the wrong area , like 2,000 miles away. I emailed ILGM that the shipping was weird. Before I knew it ILGM fixed the shipping route ,and with the same tracking number I noticed on Friday that my order had been on a correct route for a couple days. On Sunday my order was delivered to my ups box and on Monday I had my order in my hands. With a shipping hiccup, my order was delivered in 6 days total. Have been very happy with 1 exception. Ordered the Skunk seeds and out of 10 seeds only 2 came up. Very disappointing as on limited budget.
I clicked on a 42% off sale around that awesome holiday 420. During the shopping or shall I say after I selected what I wanted from the 42% off selection I was prompted that the discount would be applied at checkout. Well it wasn't. I paid full price. I will say I have always had great experiences with ilgm and I have purchased from them before each growing season for years. I would never consider going anywhere else due to the quality and success from each harvest.
As laws change in the US I tried a couple local providers and was terribly disappointed. Just ordered again from ILGM and my seeds are happy little germenators!! Sorry I left, but now I am back. Great Product and Support!!
