ILGM ‘s customer support and integrity set them apart from all others. Would not even consider trying another seed company I had no clue how to start yet grew my first 2 seeds to a nice harvest

I have found the seeds have always germinated as promised. Have looked at other sites but always come back and order from here. The customer experience is just to good to pass up.

Outdoor grow is off the charts

Recieved 10 seeds on 9/20, sour diesel. Dropped in glass of water nad followed your germination guide. 4 seeds popped in about 30 hours 6 seeds still have not ,its been 4 days."

ILGM fixed my mistake "I had ordered seeds but I mistakenly ordered feminized verses auto-flower. I tried to contact them immediately after hitting the order button with no success. I sent the support an email and support emailed back the order cant be changed until after i receive the order and return the unopened incorrectly ordered seeds and they would supply the correct version. They have provided me with the correct seeds without fail. I really appreciate “Clare” handling my error. Ive been a customer since 2018 and will continue to be for as long as Im able to grow! So far great, bought a mix pack of kush seeds all 5 banana kush didn't grow I did a 24 hour soak to germinate but customer service I think it was Sara replaced all 5 since I germinated 2 in a paper towel and so far looks like they are doing good mango and blackberry doing good the whole time

Buying seeds for 10 years, strains vary .... bullshit seeds, none are what they say.... bought over 20 strand and EVERY SEED IS DIFFERENT! No idea what you're gonna get....BE VERY CAREFUL... I STOPPED BUYING SEEDS FROM TH8S JUNK.....DNA GENETICS MUCH BETTER... FU ILGM spent over 1000 dollars and again NOTHING was what they say... plant 5 seeds (same) totally different before and after flower! DO NOT BUY FROM ILGM..... SCAM

Ordered 5 runtz Autoflower seeds (3) didn't germinate last (2) germinated (1) in 3days the other took 7 days but They are trying to make it. Got (3) Replacement seeds trying to germinate (1) of them it's going on (4)days now now root..

Sent wrong seeds…I informed them of their mistake…they told me to go have it tested…like smoking it wasn’t enough of a test to tell it wasn’t what I ordered. Terrible customer service! I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. I suggest everyone else does the same thing!

I had some issues with their product which is rare but does happen. I notified customer service thru email and they were quick to respond. They resolve my issues, no problem. I’m very satisfied with their product and customer service.

half the seed died or did not germinate. Stunted growth and buds full of seeds. these were supposed to be female plants only. No sure what your scientist are doing but it's not working correctly. Total waste of my money this year and not coming back.

Not all seeds do their thing. That's why I like ilgm. They send out replacement seeds. I grow ao much that i don't always care and ask for a replacement. Normally I would contact them when a bunch don't pop. More or less I figure it is a bad batch. They replace them with out giving me a headache. Their customer service is patient and professional. I'm an asshole and they are kind and decent. I appreciate that very much.

Fast shipping well packed seeds will buy again in spring.

E-mailed about a few seeds that didn't sprout and a couple of plants that turned male. Received an answer within 24 hours. ILGM lived up to their guarantee 110%. Extremely happy customer.

Had some bad seeds gave me advice on what to try and replaced seeds. Can't guarantee the seeds will genetically be all same but do like this company and plan on using them exclusively.
