Company replies, and fixes issues. Excellent company.

I've been buying seeds for years from you but last two orders were not so good. The last order I put 10 seeds in warm water, in a day or so they germinated, I planted them and only 4 out of 10 sprouted. My outdoor grow is shot. the order before was autoflower they germinated sprouted and grew for about 8 wks. and not a flower to be seen. I threw the rest of seeds out,never again. I will check out other suppliers

Your company doesn't care one bit about their customers. I spent 178 dollars for 10 seeds of which only 7 germinated. I didn't qualify for the 10 free seeds because that was for select strains only. It didn't say that on the site. Never again do I deal with a company that cares more about money than the satisfaction of its customers. Your company is a joke.

First off let just say that the customer service and representatives I dealt with far exceeded my expectations and we’re so very helpful thru the whole process of buying and germinating my seeds. I bought a pack of 5 seeds and 2 didn’t germinate so I sent an email and a pic and they responded back that same day and had replacement seeds shipped in 2 days. Thanks so much for everything I will definitely be coming back for more. Don’t look no further they got it all here thanks.

Had 2 of the largest seeds not germinate, I wonder if they got crushed a little in shipping.

I am very pleased with my experience with ILGM and will continue to be a customer of this company well into the future. My plants are up and very healthy. The advice is excellent!

At first I was skeptical. Sending out money to someone I know nothing about was a risk I took. Low and behold, this company is everything I was hoping for. Its quite refreshing to deal with a company with integrity . All the seedes I germinated are thriving. When I received the email wanting to know how the girls were doing I was surprised. ILGM really is there for me. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them.

Only 2 of my seeds sprouted. So disappointed…. 10 seeds for 150 dollars, it’s more like 75 dollars a seed for me

Started 4 seeds and one didn’t sprout at all. Just hoping 25% of the seeds are bad. Will know more about the recommendation after I get a few more started.

Every seed I've ever bought from ILGM has grown. Never had a male. Reasonably fast delivery time. Convenient debit card payment.

Seedlings are now over 2’ tall and doing well. Only 50% of them made it to be at this point.

I ordered my seeds they can 8 days later. I germinated 4 and have all 4 planted growing as plants successfully!!!

So originally, I thought I had purchased the feminized Bruce Banner auto. What I actually ordered was regular. Shipping was fast, but right off the bat I could see a seed that I figured wouldn't germinate and it didn't. It was very light in color. That is my only complaint. Will I buy from ILGM again? I don't know. They don't offer free seeds most of the time and prices are a little high. I've tried other seed banks that had lower germination rates, but offered free seeds. Free is good in today's world, where everything is ridiculous. With all of that said, I've purchased from here a few times and I've had about a 85% germination rate. It's just frustrating when you pay a lot of money for a few seeds and you get some that don't take off. I may try a US or Canadian seed bank, just because it'll probably be easier to replace the seeds that don't germinate. I would recommend ILGM, but let people know that they're expensive and don't offer free seeds unless you catch some special deal. All in all, I'd give them a 7 out of 10.

I’m on my second order of seeds and I’m a beginner. This will be my second crop. The seeds always arrive quickly and packaged with a lot of TLC. So far they have all sprouted, produced, and have resulted in some killer bud. Aside from the seeds themselves the customer service is fantastic. The website has a ton of information and access to a community of new and experienced growers. This was the first company that came up on my very first Google search and after a few scrolls, it’s the only one I’ve ever looked at. Love these guys.

I am a small grower. Have been using ILGM for several years and have had excellent results with ordering, delivery, germination and quality of the end product. The one time that germination was a concern the customer service folks were very helpful and took care of me. After I found ILGM I have not sought out any other seed banks and recommend ILGM to all my acquaintances.
